absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. My food was over a half hour late and when I called to check on my food, the manager completely lied to me and said it was a DoorDash order and not a mobile order which it was a mobile order and even on my receipt, it said a mobile order manager didn't apologize or even cared about my concerns will never order for them ever again and will not recommend this place to any family or friends. to top off this horrible experience I ordered a salad and the toppings came frozen on top of the salad. very gross! read more

I have had pizza here before and wanted to try it out again. I ordered the Garlic Asiago cheese bread, Medium bone-in wings, and a pepperoni pizza. When I opened the box for the bread it was burnt to a crisp and so was the pizza! Absolutely black. When I went to the restaurant for them to redo the order the manager Marty gave me an attitude and said that they raised their cook time and baking temperatures. She stated that, "If I wanted the pizza to be cooked lighter I needed to request for the pizza to be "lightly baked." I have never seen nor even heard of such a thing. From am HR perspective Marty's performance as a manager in that situation was not professional. Along with this situation I did not receive a new pizza, all I got was a refund. Perhaps that was a good thing. Do not recommend to anyone traveling through or wanting a quick meal. Choose Generation's Pizzeria or even Dominos. They never burn their pizza and you do not have to request the pizza or breadsticks to be "lightly baked." I do not even want to give them one star. Unfortunately I had to in order to post this review. Terrible experience and terrible service. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

First of all, I order from Donatos three or more times a week because I work at Amazon in Wilmington. Not only have you lost my business, but you've lost several of my co-workers business as well. I ordered two ENTREE chicken caprese salads that took over an hour and ten minutes to arrive on a Tuesday at 8pm... TWO SALADS... $20... an hour and ten minutes... on Tuesday!!!!!!!!!! When I received the salads they were in side salad bowls with 3 pieces of everything. You'll see in the picture I posted how pitiful this salad is. I called the store back to speak to the manager, Reagan was apparently her name... I was polite, she was polite. She agreed to have her driver bring me the correct size salads back out even though it would take another hour to get here. All was well. I was eating the tiny, incorrect salad they brought out the first time because I only get 30 minutes for my lunch and I needed to eat something!! My phone rings and it's Reagan from donatos. She questioned me about the salads, basically calling me a liar. I told her I had taken a picture and she asked for the salads back when the new ones arrived. I told her I was at work (which she already knew) and that I only had 30 minutes for lunch which I had already wasted 15 minutes of it handling the situation. She then told me there was nothing she could do for me. This is not the first horror story I have heard in the past month from this location from many of my co-workers that have ordered from there. Wait times have been absolutely horrible and the manager is even more horrid. Donatos in Wilmington has lost my business and my co-workers business indefinitely! read more

My favorite pizza place in town!! I love that their food is not overly greasy, and their wings are always cripsy and full of flavor. I went to a Donatos Pizza for the first time tonight ! the pizza Was absolutely yummy. I also bought a Salad and my salad had a bunch of different stuff in it like pepperoni,banana peppers, olives,Green Pepper and some other stuff. I was very Happy with it ! the staff was very helpful and attentive as she cleared our table and got us what we needed and the place was very clean. The restrooms were clean to. Mediocre overpriced pizza. Had a large hand tossed pizza with pepperoni, sausage, Pineapple, and banana peppers. Crust was dry and forgettable. Sauce was bland. This is toward the bottom of our list of pizza experiences. Paid wayyyyy too much. I could get 4 Hot and Ready pizzas for the same price and enjoy the experience way more. This is the 4th time this Donatos has failed miserably! I ordered at 7:25 PM for 8:10PM my break is 8:15- 8:35 so at 8:11 I called to ask where my food was she put me on hold and then told me the driver had left and would be there shortly so 5 minutes later he had not shown up so i called back to talk to the manager and told him this is the 4th time this has happened so while i am on the phone it was 8:20 the driver calls and says hes here, so i told the manager he was here and got off the phone so i tell the driver he is late and he said yea i saw delivery time on the receipt I am late so he gives me the pizza and then tells me i need to pay for the pizza i paid for it with my card the girl told me it went through by this time i am angry i said take the pizza back i have to go back to work and called the manager back .i told him what the driver had said about for the pizza and told him i used my card and Travis the manager tried to make it right told me to keep the pizza but it was to late the driver had left with the pizza i checked my account to see if they charged my card so far it is not on there so i don't know what happened there but I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL MY COWORKERS NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM EITHER I AM DONE WITH DONATOS IN WILMINGTON! read more

Ordered a large pepperoni/sausage pie and a salad for a quick dinner. Food was fine, pizza seemed a little undercooked but got the job done.
