Although Natalia was running a bit late, she definitely made up for it with her excellent customer service, communication and hard work. She consistently informed me of what she was doing in my home and asked questions to ensure the quality was great. I appreciate that she takes her time and does not rush her work. I had also requested that they use non-toxic products because I have a dog and I occasionally suffer from sinusitis. When you know you did a lousy job, you offered a free cleaning. I don't know anyone successful in business who would offer FREE services, when they've done a great job. After the 2nd incident, I should've let you go. My mistake. The pictures don't lie. But then again, maybe I dirtied the apartment, took pictures and spent 1/2 my day cleaning after a service, simply because I have nothing better to do. Defensiveness is borne out of guilt.
