We started having problems with our AC unit over the weekend. We were worried about finding someone trustworthy to and honest. Sent them a Yelp request on Sunday afternoon and had someone messaging me in less than an hour to set up an appointment. William was assigned to our case and we couldn't be happier. He came out and thoroughly inspected our AC and got us back up and working in no time. And we to top it off, our final cost was much less than we expected. On a Sunday evening our bathroom pipes clogged. I put a request on Yelp and within 10 minutes Done Rite responded. They were in my driveway before 9 am the following morning. The problem was corrected and a few other things were repaired like a janky toilet flange by 10 am. Ryan and his crew were efficient and very respectful of our property. We recently had a lot of electrical work done with Done Rite. This included four visits to our home and a TEP power shut off (permits required). Our experience with Todd and his co-workers was pleasant and Todd was very informative and took time to explain to us various aspects of our panels and sub panels. Our work included raising the mast on our roof to meet city codes, installing new sup panel, upgraded pool sub panel, and installing updated electric outlets/GFCI and grounding the electricity in several locations. There were a couple of hiccups as can be expected with so much work, but Todd was always available by phone and to come out in person to answer questions and remedy any concerns. The power shut off was seamless as Done Rite handles permits and scheduled with TEP. We are very pleased with their electrical service. read more

We have been using this company for three years. We have them come out every year and inspect our air/heat and when my MIL was here we had them also do her air/heat. Also when we remodeled the kitchen we switched over to gas for our stove and had Done Rite services put in a gas line. Personally I love the work Dustin does. We request him every time. He is honest and knows what he is doing. He works hard and I trust him. He is not only honest but has integrity. He is the reason I keep going with this company (the office staff is great too). Dustin's work I do not have to worry about or wonder if he is going to BS us like some other companies do. Done Right does it right. They are pleasant to call. They schedule you sooner than later and their workers are great. They send pictures of what they are doing and the values of the equipment. Done Rite was very responsive and came out right away to check out a leak in our garage. Our technician was Andre and he was awesome. He was super professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and made us feel a lot better about the situation. We just bought this house and we were told we would need a new water heater soon, and he confirmed that was the issue. He even called a restoration company for us so that they could assess some damage that was not part of Done Rite's services. We got a very fair and reasonable quote for the new water heater, and we'll be going through Done Rite for future plumbing needs. read more

Offered to take the installation trash with them. They did an amazing job. The whole process was so easy and I cannot recommend these guys enough. Very polite and actually showed up. Todd showed me what he found in the furnace, went to get the part, fixed my AC and checked everything before he left. He also came a lot sooner than what I was quoted. We didn't know anything about electrical, and one of our light fixtures stopped working. We first tried just replacing the light bulb, but it was more than that. I take full credit in finding Done Rite Services on Yelp and advising my husband to call them after the plumbing company someone had recommended kept rescheduling and finally canceled on him. He called Done Rite at 6:00 am when he found out they have extended business hours. After a nice conversation with a knowledgeable woman, the appointment was scheduled for a few days later since this was a toilet replacement and not urgent and worked with my husband's schedule. Our A/C quit working last night. During this heat wave I was afraid it would be a couple of days to get a repairman out! We had used Done Rite previously for a plumbing issue, and were extremely happy with the outcome, so decided to try them first for the A/C. I called first thing this morning, and Dustin was here at the time I was given, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. My house is over 40 years old and the plumbing is old enough to start causing issues. We had a plumbing issue on the day before Easter. Couldn't get another plumber to come out before Monday. Done Rite was able to come out way faster. Danny Sharp came out at an excellent time, heard what problems there were, heard the history, quickly found the cause, solved the issue, and talked with the head of the household about options for resolutions about the problems that come with old plumbing. The head of my household used to do plumbing, but had to stop due to stuff that is caused by his age. My AC unit stopped working about 12:00 noon on Friday, which was one of our hottest days. I called Done Rite and by that evening it was repaired. They are a first class operation. They sent an e-mail with a picture and short bio of the tech that was going to repair my AC unit. So I knew exactly who was going to show up. The tech, Carlos was very professional, polite and friendly. He fixed the unit in a short time. The charge was very reasonable. Great experience with Done Rite. My HVAC died entirely. Wouldn't even turn on. I'm an IT technician and fairly equipment savvy and began troubleshooting on my own. I rewired what appear to be the wiring failure. Everything started working EXCEPT the A/C wouldn't cool. I messaged around several places to shop for quotes, explaining what I had tried already, and several places responded with quotes. To my surprise, Done Rite, sent me a few more troubleshooting steps rather than just sending a quote. I followed their suggestions but still couldn't get cool air to flow. I called them and they sent a technician out first thing the next morning. They sent a technician named Dustin. He was on time, very friendly, and up on the roof he happily gave me a tour of my A/C's internals, and walked me through his various tests. He pointed out the system had be repaired in the past by somebody else, what they had done, and why. He showed me I had very nearly fixed it on my own but adjust a small wiring error, and BAM! The A/C kicked on and ran perfectly after his change. He billed me a reduced price too, saying I had done nearly all the work for him and wanted the price to be fair and reflect that. It was about half of what other places quoted me. So I was very grateful to get expert and friendly service, that was also fair and adjusted for my specific situation, rather than just a cold hard quote. The big pluses for me was: +NOT focusing solely on the bottom line +NOT immediately sending a quote, but giving me a chance to continue troubleshooting. +PROMPTLY coming out when I yielded to needing a pro. +FRIENDLY and PERSONAL service while on site +PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE when seeing my old/bypassed wiring, twice repaired A/C unit and knowing exactly what was going on, and going wrong +FAIR PRICING, beating everybody else I reached out to I was blown away. A/C in our new home was not keeping up in late afternoon. Dustin at Done Right arrived promptly, came with all the gauges and thermometer to test the hvac unit. Was impressed with his knowledge of the unit, tested and fixed the problem. Seemed very knowledgeable, honest and charged a reasonable amount.
