The staff here were all pretty great at their jobs, quickly but skillfully giving me a pedicure and a manicure. The place also, notably, unlike similar shops, did NOT smell like someone dumped 50 gallons of acetone in it. Easily made it a cut above, no headaches while getting treatment. Dunno what lotion they rubbed on my legs, some orange stuff then white stuff, but it made my legs feel like sponges the rest of the day, in a good way. The massage chair was pretty nice too, although a bit too intense at base settings. If I had to say any issues though, it was a bit unclean in some areas; I guess that's the price you pay without the acetone bath. Also, it was fairly hard to communicate with the staff in some cases. But with it being fair priced, it was still worth it. read more

The salon was quiet, clean and calm for a late Sunday morning. I was quick to be helped which was nice,however, the technician who assisted me felt a bit rushed. She left me towards the end to assist another customer and asked me to press the LED lamp while she was away then came back 10-15 minutes later to add cuticle oil. Once I left I noticed how poorly the nail was left underneath and gaps left open from my nail to the gel-x press on. My friend who went with me was assisted by a technician who was thorough and attentive, finishing with lotion and a hot towel. She also offered her to do small details with the katseye design that I was not made aware was an option. read more

Beautiful salon with great service! Came in for a gel mani and regular pedi and had a lovely relaxing experience here. The space is bright, all areas were super clean, and the massage chairs are so comfy. My service was excellent and all the ladies working were lovely to interact with. Good experience and nice staff but the quality of my manicure was just ok. Nothing to brag about, I was a little disappointed with the results because some of my nails were slightly cut crooked and seemed like kind of a rush job. I think the manicurist could have done a better job. I had a basic manicure. My pedicure was ok too, she did a good job. I had both manicure and pedicure done at the same time which I wouldn't do together again. I didn't really like sitting at the pedicure chair while getting the manicure too. But I will return to see if I get a better manicurist. The extras weren't that great either (they charge more for extra Levels of service). But overall I'm grateful. Went yesterday May 25. read more

Felt like I got ripped off. Got a deluxe pedicure with gel and it ended up taking 1hr and 40 minutes. Had an appointment and no one worked on my toes until 30ish minutes later. I wouldn't recommend coming back here. I asked for water and never received it. Had a mediocre experience, basic level pedicure, and not worth the money or time. Save your time and money and go somewhere else read more

I have gone to Donella Nails several times since they've opened earlier this year and I always leave very happy with their work. I have gotten a pedicure and manicure and I really appreciate the quality and the range of nail styles offered. I got the Cat-eye nails and they came out so beautiful! And they last so long! I was adventurous and tried a New Pl., Donella nails and spa. I wanted a pedicure. I called them and they set me up for an appointment at 1 pm. She took my information down once we hung up, I quickly received a confirmation for my appointment via text. Upon entering, I was greeted with a friendly hello. I noticed the shop was very clean. They had a few customers, but they were not packed, which I appreciated. Tina was the one that completed my pedicure. She was amazing. I had forgotten to bring the candles, but they were willing to work with me and offered me the paper sandals which I could not use because I'm recovering from surgery. However, I explained to them that I did not want polish, and they were more than willing to oblige. They even gave me 10 minutes more of massage on my legs in place of the polish. They didn't have to, but I did truly enjoy it. Everyone there was very pleasant. I will definitely frequent Donella nails and spa again. read more

She is very meticulous and her Salon is very clean and modern. Her staff is very friendly and thorough. I love that they take their time.
