I broke a tooth a few days ago and the nerve was clearly compromised. The office had no appointments until 2025. Instead of leaving me with no option, the front desk asked me to hold while they consulted with Dr. Hannah. She asked if I could be there at 2PM so she could look at the tooth. Most dental practices would be concerned with the holidays. Not only did she look at my tooth and x-Ray, she got me in the next morning at 8AM to do the root canal and prep for my crown!! Both dentists are first class and take the necessary time to care for your dental needs as well as thoroughly educate you regarding your procedure and the care of your teeth. Unlike other experiences I've had, Abbie Anna Dental does not look for ways to exhaust your dental benefits or recommend unnecessary procedures or treatment plans.I They treat you like they are caring for their own family!! I've been going here for a few years. I called 2 weeks ago and made an appointment for today at…read more10:30a. for a routine cleaning I took the day off work and scheduled appointments. I realized I didn't get a reminder email/call so I gave them a call this morning to confirm my appointment. The lady on the phone asked if I could come in at 9:30. That would have only given me 20 minutes to get there. I asked, is my appointment not scheduled for 10:30? She said it's actually 10am. I knew that was inaccurate but obliged. I got there at 10am. I sat there until 10:30 before I was called back. When I got back there, the tech said I was scheduled because I was having pain. I said no, I'm just here for a cleaning. He informed me that there's no way they could do a cleaning today and I was scheduled for something else. We both walked back to the front and he and the front desk went back and forth about what's scheduled and what could and couldn't be done. I told them to just cancel me and I would just leave. I would have been fine if they mistakenly didnt schedule me for today and was honest and let me know so I didnt drive all the way there for no reason.

I am writing this as a once happy patient; my family has been coming for 15+ years. Recently we had…read morework and they quoted and in writing the patient portion, billed the insurance and the patient portion per the contract rate was lower than expected we requested a refund. Now there is a new song and dance, and they are refusing to refund my money. They are adding an office visit on the same day of service and without filing it to the to the insurance and charging me as a non-covered because they know it will be bundled. I now have to file a dispute, and I am on the hook for the financing and the difference they are pocketing. this was nice to say to me after years of being a loyal patient " they will sleep just fine and if I don't like to go somewhere else. " We all make our own decisions on where and who we want to be our caregivers, but when a 15+ year patient tells you to think twice when presented with a solid billing issue and they tell you too bad, it says loyality means nothing AT ALL. The office used to be kind and never once gave me issue, but every time I have gone in the office lately there are no patients anymore. I only stayed because I really enjoyed Dr Henegar he has always been a pleasant person , but now I feel he is in a financial depression to resort the way he talked to me and keeping my money I feel karma is coming.

With the modern high tech scanning, imaging, comprehensive visit, and affordable services, I was so impressed with every aspect of Active Dental Irving. They were very thorough with all of exams, nevertheless explaining what it all meant in a clear and concise manner. They didn't tack things on that were unnecessary and even conducted fillings immediately (one of which was a chipped front tooth that was sensitive). The work was efficient and flawless (not flossless because they did that very well too and provided some helpful pointers). Their website shows that they are open until 7pm. Therefore, being unable to call, I tried the CHAT window on their website. At first, there was no response. Then, after about 20 minutes, there was a response. I asked for an appointment, and I was offered the next day or the next Thursday. I wrote that anytime on Thursday (15-FEB-2024) was fine. But I never received a response. I tried also to use the "First Visit" link on their website to fill out forms and paper-work, but it always failed. It is now 17-FEB-2024, and I never received a response for the time of an appointment on 15-FEB-2024. Therefore, I decided that there were already too many red-flags (unanswered phones, unresponsive CHAT, failure to follow up on scheduling via CHAT, and web-site errors attempting to download forms via "First Visit"), and decided to try to find a different dentist.

The inconsistency and lack of respect made the entire experience infuriating, frustrating and extremely disappointing. This place has many great reviews, but honestly dealing with Robin today absolutely changed my mind about bringing my family here. We want to feel welcomed; not like another number and they're just taking our money, so we will be taking our business somewhere else.
