Root Canal: Anxious no more after 10+ years! I didn't feel a thing. I have had severe anxiety going to the dentist since I was a child due to a traumatic experience. Today was a huge step getting a root canal procedure done for the first time in years. Got one done as a child and have been terrified ever since. I even started to tear up at the office. After my procedure not only have I been freed of anxiety, but now I am more confident going to get the rest of my procedures done. Dr. Oh and dental assistant Daniel were fantastic, very quick and through. Daniel made me feel at ease as he explained the procedure. He mentioned it was the easiest procedure to do and that Dr. Oh has had years of experience. I didn't feel a thing (not even the numbing needle). I thank God for everyone there and to finally be healed from this trauma after many years. May God bless this practice with abundance for years to come! read more

I've probably seen 12-14 different dentists in my lifetime. I've been going to the same dentist for the last 20 years and was really afraid to change, but they had gotten expensive and were not in-network for my insurance, anymore. Based on great reviews, I decided to go to Beverly dental in Carrollton, Tx. So I just saw Dr. Lee for the first time. He was quite thorough, his explanations were clear & he has a great demeanor. His expertise was evident. No cavities for me so no work needs to be done right away. I also saw Daniel who took my X-rays and he was gentle, courteous, kind, helpful, and explained everything that he was doing. Sorry, I didn't catch the front desk person's name and she was also very helpful, sweet and efficient. The office itself was very pretty and done tastefully with all the newest equipment. It's located in a very modest strip shopping center and is beautiful inside. So far, going to Beverly Dental on Josey in Carrollton, Tx was an all around great experience. read more

They require you to fill out a form stating that they have discussed the risks of treatment with you before even talking to a dentist or assailant and additional disclosures before anything is actually discussed. One, it's illegal to try and force someone to sign disclosures that have not been met. THE RECEPTIONIST IS ALSO RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. She never offered to get a dentist or person that could address the issue but stated they would not take X-rays unless I signed the document. She blatantly didn't care that the documents, the way they are written, are forcing people to acknowledge things never discussed. read more

What a joke! Went in for tooth pain they did not see. However they tried to railroad me into a deep cleaning. I got up and left. Next day dentist saw the source of pain got a root-canal and it was fixed. Glad others had positive experiences, I did not. read more

Dr Jun Oh is great, did couple extraction on my birthday a week ago. Was virtually painless, not even a week later, no need for pain meds or even tylenol. 1 week later(Monday I'm back to basically anything I would like to eat but carefully. Was very thorough in explaining everything procedure, healing process, next work that needs to be done, including cleanings. So definitely recommend Beverly Dental. I am a new patient and my experience there was great! They place is extremely neat and clean. As soon as I walked in front desk was welcoming. Once I filled out my application Abby called me in and took some X-rays she asked me if I had any concerns. She was very affirmative, caring and made me feel comfortable which was very important to me. When I sat down on the chair Dr. Oh came in and did a quick overview on my mouth. I love this place. Dr. Lee is by far the best dentist I've been to in my life and I've had a interesting history with dentists. I had a chipped tooth that I didn't want to get worse so I called them and they got me in as soon as possible. The tooth was fixed in no time with a pain free experience. 10/10 recommend. This is a really terrific dental group. The doctors and the staff are both friendly courteous and experienced. Because my daughter has anxiety problems we always request gas when she has dental work done. They have gone out of their way to make sure that she's comfortable during this not so great experience. I found this dental center through a Facebook ad. I was in need of an implant after an horrible/painful/unprofessional experience in a famous DFW dental chain. One word WOW!!! I am terrified of the dentist. I hate going, I won't go unless I can't take it anymore but my husband makes me go. So I look at the reviews for this place and thought I'll try this place out. Pulled up and outside looked ok but we walk threw the door and it was so beautiful inside, the decor is so upscale and the lady at the front desk said hello and my name. I was so impressed with her costumer service, she went over my insurance plan and what is covered. They have tea,coffee and big screen tv in there waiting room, plus comfortable seating. I met with the dental assistant and she had wonderful costumer service, she was vary concerned about me because I was so scared. She kept asking me am I ok do I need something to drink. She gave me Beats Headphones and sunglasses to block out the noise and light. That made me feel so much better, the type of music they had playing was vary soothing. I met Dr. Lee and WOW!! What a great guy! He is caring, knowledgeable and he has magic hands! I needed 4 cavities done and he had to give me a couple shots and he shook my mouth while putting the shot in and I could barley feel it. He has all updated equipment. He made me feel like I was a queen, he was vary gentle. My lips were really chapped and he felt bad and he put lip stuff on me after he was done and gave it to me to take home. He was so sweet. The little things count. I had such a wonderful experience and don't feel scared as much anymore. After seeing Dr. Lee I feel like it won't be so hard to come and keep coming back to the dentist. They are wonderful at the scheduling too! I got right in and I ask the lady at the desk if she could get my husband in for a cleaning the next day and she said yes! It's vary easy to go here. I cannot express enough how amazing this place is. I called last minute because I was experiencing severe tooth pain from my wisdom tooth and another dentist office had cancelled on my due to my crappy HMO insurance. ( side note NEVER go with HMO its not worth it better just pay out of pocket). Beverly Dental also does not accept HMO but they told me about their own insurance that they offer in house, which as soon as I cancel this policy I will be going with. I was not able to get the insurance right away but she said they had a promotion going, they would give me the limited exam and diagnosis free and then a huge discount on the extraction. Upon first entering the place is immaculate. Its all clean and white and smells wonderful. Its also quiet and you kind of just relax when you walk in. ( as much as you can going to the dentist anway) They were super friendly , compassionate and helpful. I was in and out , extraction and all within 50 minutes. I am not kidding. MY appointment time was at 6pm and I was out the door at 6:50. The dentist and his assistant were both amazing. I felt absolutely nothing, they were both very friendly and explained everything. I will never go to another dentist and I plan on bringing my entire family here as well. We have had so many horrible experiences at dentist offices this was so refreshing.
