I love when a hotel has a great restaurant. Although we didn't stay at the Cadillac we visited their restaurant for dinner. This is a beautiful, romantic space and we didn't even need a reservation on a Sunday night. They are open until 10:30 PM on Sundays which was also great. I had a glass of the Kiki and Juan orange wine which is a not too tart white. My fiancé has the Dolce & Banana, tasty and strong. We shared an appetizer and we both had delicious pasta entres. I was glancing at what other guests were eating and it all looked great. The servers were attentive and took the time to answer questions and offer suggestions. For dessert we shared the key lime pie. I like my key lime a little more tart but we still finished it in under 5 min. The restaurant is able to accommodate large parties. They seated a party of 14 next to us, thankfully we were finishing our meal as they arrived. It's a sexy space where most guests are dressed for a night out but there were still guests with children.

Service and ambiance are top notch here. Forgot to take pics of the other delicious food we had. Service and food so good I went back 2 other times while in town for work.

While staying at the Cadillac Hotel, we enjoyed Donna Mare. We first visited for happy hour and delighted in Prosecco and hummus with crispy chickpeas and fluffy pita. Service was fantastic. Our second visit was for the Continental breakfast. Fresh-squeezed oj, croissants, fresh papaya and pineapple, oatmeal and chia pudding were outstanding. Our coffee was presented in a carafe and was piping hot. The dining room is classy with white tablecloths and velvet furnishings. Service was only a greeting and we were presented with a 20% service charge! I was surprised to find this a common practice in Miami.

One of the best Vongole I've ever had. Visited this restaurant as my hotel gave me $50 credit to eat and I am glad I did. I wouldn't have minded paying my own money out of pocket. Credit to Paola who recommended the menus. Vongole pasta was done al dente as I preferred. No sand in the clams. And the best part was the sauce. It had combination of rich clam seafood soup/spicy mushroom/cheese type of broth which added nice kicks to traditional vongole. It would be really hard to replicate the sauce at home. Key lime pie really finished the deal with tangy lime and sweet meringue instead of heavy whip cream. I felt less guilty about getting a dessert. I thought that was a great idea.

What a great experience. We planned on only staying for a quick cocktail and snack before going to our room and ended up staying much longer because the experience was so enjoyable. Paola, the bartender, so so friendly and personable. Also she has to be one of the best bartenders in Miami Beach. We had Aperol Spritz, espresso martinis and an old fashion in addition to a few glasses of wine. I highly recommend this place and we are going back tonight because Paola mentioned a DJ on Thursday. If you are in the Miami Beach area you must try this spot and ask for Paola!!!

The food not only looked perfect, it tasted amazing. The bartender put specific attention into each individual drink working towards perfection. Don't sleep on the Ciclista for an app. I wish I would have used the crust for the alla vodka sauce but ate too much to start.

Probably one of the best experiences we had in Miami, the food it's amazing, the taste it's so good and makes you feel like you're in Italy. From the appetizers to the dessert... the tiramisu... Service is attentive not perfect but acceptable. The ambience is cozy very nice and the music doesn't overwhelm the guests and the conversation with the guests.

So wow. The food was SO good. The service was the best I think Ive ever had. Portions were great. My husband and I shared an appetizer and a salad and had our own entree and everything worked out great. Hours on apple maps was misleading but their website was up to date. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal restaurant!! Starting with the service from George our server to them making you feel so welcomed and treat you like family. Staying in the hotel of Cadillac we have dined here 2 times since in the hotel. We even brought a guest to have this experience with us. The Executive chef Luigi even came out to speak to us as we told him he has an amazing restaurant and food was spectacular. Made to perfection. Then the Manager came to greet us as we shared her staff has been so amazing. We spent 4 hours just dining relaxing and enjoying the night. There was never a rush with anything. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want hand made pasta to order and phenomenal service.

I sat at the bar with my husband and heard the bartender, Phillip taking repeated orders of old fashioned and espresso martini. I saw a table polishing glasses and glasses of wines and then came the surprise - their selections! Their selections were smaller than expected but thoughtfully chosen. We asked Phillip for his recommendations, along the lines of red & bold. He gladly pointed us to a wine that was not on the menu. It seems they offer a menu selection and off-menu/rotating selection from unique wine regions. We had a red blend from China (yes that's correct, it surprised me equally). But then I realized, I haven't had wines from most of the regions they offer and the curiosity sets in. Looking forward to explore the menu and off-menu selection. I'd heard about Magie for a while from friends in the natural wine scene in Orlando and had to visit while in town. There is convenient (although somewhat limited) parking just to the side of the building, and entering feels like you just entered your cool friend's house. We almost sat inside on a couple of sofas, but opted to brave the humid Miami heat on the back porch/terrace since they were playing the World Cup game on a projection screen. The back is huge and has several sitting areas, including on an elevated porch with fans, as well as couches and bistro tables set up on the pavers down below. There is foliage everywhere and you feel transported (you'd have no clue this business was on a busy road). We got a couple of bottles of wine from their fridges, along with a smattering of shareable dishes from the kitchen (ordered inside). Everything was delightful and we were loving life (again- even in the humid summer heat!). I'd definitely return and enjoy the interior next time. This is how I found "Got Wine". They have a foldable sign out on Collins, since the actual restaurant is tucked away on 26th Street and closer to the bay walk. The interior is dimly lit, and the high top tanks are rounded by wine dispensing machines . I forgot to ask, but believe they have bottles for sale as well. I will say this, the sign on Collins is good marketing because the restaurant is tucked away. Service was casually attentive, with my waiter making great recommendations. I do wish they had some desserts or dessert wine. That would have made the 5th star. I enjoyed their "Encubierto" white wine blend from Argentina. It was light, chilled, slight citrusy yet tart. It's perfect for early evening or after a long walk and paired well with the chicken Milanese (breaded chicken) I ordered. It was lightly breaded and well done, with a generous portion especially for a tapas spot. It was accompanied with a mixed green house salad that had a large variety of baby tomatoes (one of my favorite condiments).
