While this restaurant is on the very touristy Espanola Way, the food is not touristy at all - meaning it's really good. We had lunch here during Miami Spice. We did have to ask for the Miami Spice menu - they took us for tourists who didn't know any better ;) The Miami Spice entree portion was a tad small, but overall excellent flavors and fresh food - the salmon was delicious with crispy skin over a corn puree. I can't remember the last time I had salmon that good! The appetizer was a more generous portion of two good-sized meatballs with bread. Also very delicious. Dessert was decent - a decadent chocolate cake. I would recommend the cake over the key lime pie. Friendly service and beautiful vibes sitting outside and people watching.

We had a corporate dinner here. Everything went well - seated promptly, the food was great and the service was prompt. I heard great things about everyone's entrees.

    Top of menu.

While in South Beach waiting to see the iconic buildings light up, we came to this restaurant.for some appetizers and drinks. Although it was Saturday afternoon, we were greeted at the entrance and seated promptly by a friendly hostess. We were seated outside near the walkway and were able to people watch. It is fun to watch the thousands of people walk around in their vacation costumes, trying to imitate 1950's Cubans. I ordered a negroni and my wife ordered a watermelon martini. Both drinks arrived and were absolutely fabulous. We ordered the bruschetta as our appetizer. The bruschetta arrived and was excellent taste. Our friend ordered octopus and oysters (I do not like those items and did not partake in that). He said they were pretty good. (I'll take his word for it). This restaurant is in a tourist trap area and is pretty expensive. One thing to be away of in this restaurant is that they automatically add a 20% gratuity. This practice is common in South Beach, so be aware.

10/10 they allowed us to use the happy hour. Not sure if they do it with everyone. Good was delicious. Reasonable portions. Loved the Bread that came with dinner. We also got the bread cheese plate and it was beautiful. Couldn't pick a better place to sit and enjoy the street.

I have to confess that coming to Miami Beach for dinner... is not my favorite thing to do, but there are a few restaurants that keep me coming back and Mercato Della Pescheria is one of them. Located in the best part of Hispañola Way. Nice ambiance and always happy people. The service here is very friendly and attentive. NOTE: If you want to have a calmed dinner it is probably better to eat in the inside dining area. This restaurant is very seafood forward so we always try to eat from their specialty dishes. This occasion we had Octopus carpaccio (Delicious), the spaghetti vongole and the paccheri seafood special (if they have it "order it.") It is simply delicious ... the sauce is divine. Prices here are normal for Miami Beach but the food is incredibly good. You will not be disappointed.

We went back for more meatballs! Meatballs & Ricotta Cheese Appetizer is delicious! We also had the Italian Chopped Salad which was very good. My husband had Franco's Espresso Martini and it was amazing! I highly recommend it!

Came to Mercato for a friend's birthday and was pleasantly surprised with the ambiance, food, and service. I've been meaning to come by so this was a great opportunity to do so. We sat inside as Miami summers can be really warm and the decor was really great. Our server was friendly and attentive despite it being a large table. To start with, I tried the calamari and eggplant Parmesan. The flavors were not point but the eggplant was a bit soggy and falling apart. I had a glass of Prosecco and it was crisp and delicious. For the main entree I ordered the Cacio e Pepe where the come with the parm wheel. I will say while it was a good portion and good flavor, it did lack pepper which is the base of the dish. I also ordered a side of broccolini which was fresh and tasty. The bread they bring to the table was also warm, fresh and delicious. Overall, this is a great spot in the middle of Española Way and is super lively on the weekends. Would definitely come back!

We've been to this restaurant several times, even in LasVegas which wasn't as good as this place. We went there the other day and as soon as we sat down I noticed there wasn't a tomato can on the table with bread. We asked for some bread and they are now charging for bread. I wonder if it's new owners, the food was now okay, there are so many restaurants around this area that we will be trying, unfortunately we will not be going back to this place

Stopped in for dinner the night before our cruise with friends who have been here a few times and raved about the food, service and atmosphere. We were greeted by a really funny and friendly guy who sat us. The server was real friendly as well and super helpful with the menu. We had the truffle mushroom risotto and the wife had the Cacio e pepe alla ruota and both were AMAZING. The risotto had tons of mushrooms and fresh truffle taste. The Cacio e Pepe was perfect. The pasta was fresh and the sauce had that peppery bite you'd expect. Can't wait to stop back in for dinner again in a few months.

Total tourist spot but it's still really good. We had apps and dessert on NYE at the bar. Alex was great. The service is always good. The resturant is on Esponala Way which is very cute!

This place is truly a gem. Expensive but so worth it. The food is fresh and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The service is very attentive and the ambience places you in the heart of Italy. It's perfect.

This place is outstanding, they greeted me from walking by and sat us down and immediately brought us waters and bread then followed by the menu. Claudio and his team made wonderful suggestions as we were uncertain what to eat and boy was I glad they did since my wife and I are difficult to make a selection. The environment is so cool that you can enjoy your meal, under the Patio theming along with watching all the people staring the amazing food prepared. Our Steak and Lobster was delicious and my daughter ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, she states that I was like better than mom's cooking. Ended with a key lime pie and you should just go see for yourself 10/10 recommended

Italian restaurants often talk about simplicity, tradition, and technique. Macchialina backs up those claims with execution. You can certainly order à la carte, but I would strongly encourage first-time visitors to consider the chef's tasting menu. At $75 before wine pairings, it feels almost suspiciously underpriced. By the end of the meal, I wasn't wondering whether it was worth the money. I was wondering how they weren't charging more. The first course arrived as a trio. Creamy polenta with mushrooms, onions, and chives, broccoli rabe topped with toasted breadcrumbs and a soft-boiled egg, and a savory pastry filled with sliced pork and a rich sauce. All three were excellent, but the polenta was the dish that immediately demanded attention. I've had a lot of polenta over the years. Very little of it has approached this texture. It was impossibly smooth, somewhere between polenta and a luxurious puree. Combined with the mushrooms and broth, it delivered a deep, earthy blast of umami that lingered long after the bowl was empty. The second course showcased three pasta dishes. Macchialina's signature cavatelli with veal meatballs, porchetta, and pecorino, agnolotti stuffed with ricotta in brown butter sauce, and a classic cacio e pepe. Choosing a favorite felt unfair. The cavatelli delivered hearty comfort and deeply savory flavors, thanks in large part to the tender veal meatballs. The agnolotti burst with creamy ricotta filling in every bite. The cacio e pepe served as a reminder that great ingredients and proper technique rarely need embellishment. For the third course, a veal Milanese arrived perfectly fried and topped with arugula, concentrated tomatoes, and Parmigiano Reggiano. A grilled lemon accompanied the plate for a final squeeze of brightness. Halfway through the dish, I found myself thinking a touch of balsamic might improve things. Then I caught one of the concentrated tomatoes in a bite and immediately abandoned that thought. The tomatoes provided exactly the acidity and sweetness the dish needed. Nothing more was required. Dessert sealed the deal. Bread pudding made from Sullivan Street brioche, banana, hazelnut crumble, and bitter chocolate. It was paired with vanilla ice cream, and drizzled with caramel sauce. It was rich without becoming heavy, sweet without becoming cloying. The slight bitterness from the chocolate kept everything balanced. It ranks among the best bread puddings I've eaten. Technically, the tasting menu is four courses. In reality, it delivers eight thoughtfully prepared dishes that showcase the kitchen's range, creativity, and restraint. For diners curious about tasting menus but hesitant to jump into a multi-hundred-dollar fine dining experience, Macchialina offers one of the best entry points I've encountered. It feels approachable, generous, and remarkably polished. Some tasting menus leave you impressed. The best ones leave you planning your next visit before you've even paid the check. Macchialina belongs firmly in the second category.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The ambiance is beautiful--elegant, intimate, and welcoming. After a short wait in the bar area, we were escorted to our table, where we found it beautifully decorated with roses and rose petals in honor of our anniversary. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. In fact, the couples dining around us were joking with my husband that he was making them look bad because their tables didn't have the same romantic setup. It made us feel incredibly special. What impressed me most was how genuine the hospitality felt. I've dined at many of Miami's most exclusive and expensive restaurants, and sometimes they make you feel like you should be grateful just to be there. Casa Tua is the complete opposite. The team genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for every guest. They aren't pretentious--they're warm, thoughtful, and focused on hospitality. Those little details make all the difference. The food was absolutely phenomenal. While the menu isn't extensive, everything we ordered was exceptional. I had just returned from a trip to Italy, and I can honestly say the truffle pasta at Casa Tua was every bit as good as the best pasta I had there. It was outstanding. The Branzino deserves its own paragraph. I've ordered Branzino at some of the finest restaurants around the world, and this was, without question, the best Branzino I've ever eaten. It was cooked perfectly and absolutely unforgettable. To top off an already incredible evening, the restaurant surprised us with a complimentary dessert beautifully decorated with "Happy Anniversary." It was another thoughtful touch that made our celebration feel even more personal and memorable. Dessert was incredible, the wine selection was excellent, and every single course exceeded our expectations. Another pleasant surprise was the value. Considering the quality of the food, the level of service, the beautiful setting, and the location in South Beach, I expected to spend far more. I've paid nearly twice as much at other Miami restaurants and left far less impressed. Finding this combination of exceptional food, genuine hospitality, beautiful ambiance, and reasonable pricing is incredibly rare. I also have to recognize our server. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, which is a shame because he deserves a special mention. He was a young gentleman from Venezuela who provided some of the best service I've received in a very long time. He was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. Every recommendation he made was excellent, and throughout the evening, we never felt rushed. Instead, we felt cared for and welcomed, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. In today's world, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find restaurants that excel in every category: outstanding service, exceptional food, beautiful ambiance, and fair pricing. Casa Tua delivered on all of them. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary there on Thursday, July 2, and it was an evening we'll never forget. From the beautifully decorated table with roses and petals to the complimentary anniversary dessert, every detail made us feel celebrated. I sincerely hope this level of hospitality is what they consistently deliver because if it is, they have earned lifelong customers. I cannot wait to return, and I will be enthusiastically recommending Casa Tua to all of my friends and family. It was, without question, one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had.

The whole time the waiters are flying by making sure our plates are clean, and waters filled. We ended the evening with a piece of tiramisu which was perfection. Perfect balance of mascarpone and coffee. I paired that with an espresso martini which was nice and strong. Great way to enjoy the glamour without breaking the bank!

The menu has a nice variety of options, so it's easy to find something you're in the mood for whether you want something light or a more filling meal. Everything comes out quickly, but still tastes like it's made with care rather than rushed. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, making it a perfect place to grab a quick lunch or an easy dinner without spending a lot. Overall, it's a reliable go-to when you want good food that won't break the bank.

So my very high level of anticipation may certainly be partially to blame for my average-ish experience. I was pleasantly surprised to get a table with no wait at ~6:30 on a Wednesday evening. Staff were attentive and friendly. Prices were high, as expected, but at least the pizzas are of reasonable size. The $32 pasta portion probably could've been a bit more generous. But anyway, on to why we're all here - The Pizza: The crust had a great crunch but I felt lacked nuance beyond that, no chew and a touch on the dry side. Cheese and sauce were fine but also unremarkable. The heaps of basil provided some bright freshness that was definitely appreciated. I feel even more compelled now to try the NYC location for comparison! This wasn't a bad pizza by any stretch but not something I would ever pick over my favorite NYC standouts.
