My truck, not in great shape, needed an inspection sticker. I hit a deer and had a couple wonky lights. I got pulled over for needing an inspection sticker. I took the vehicle to A&D Auto Services. Receptionist was great and friendly, very understanding. After a couple hours they took my truck to inspect, only one certified inspector there at the time...not their fault. After they finally inspected my vehicle while I was waiting to get info on the inspection the inspector came in and notified that the headlight fell out when he shut the hood. Also, not their fault. I did what I could to get it to stay in place and although it had stayed in place for many oil changes and shutting the hood it decided now would be a good time to fly out and see what else the world had to offer. connected by a cable it would soon discover, wasn't much. but i did indeed need to make sure it was secured before I could get a sticker. Understandable and frustrating simultaneously. $20 for a sticker that at the time I couldn't afford and was going to put on a credit card to $1300 in repairs. My dismay ran laps around my logical thinking. Again, also not their fault. I fixed most of the problems thanks to mastercard, she has yet to tell me how much im going to owe her monthly and yes mastercard is a woman. if it was a man it wouldn't be able to carry the name master without riots ensuing globally. A week later I called to try to schedule an appointment with the 2 things I wasn't able to fix, a leak in the exhaust which was quoted at around $71 dollars and if I wasn't able to get to securing the fog light it was quoted at around $42. Time is LIMITED with a rejection sticker and I work an hour away from home. I NEED this fixed asap. I called a couple times with no response. It happens, they get busy with other customers, lunch break, bathroom break, things happen. I finally get through and talk to the receptionist. I ask about getting the exhaust fixed and maybe the fog light secured and checking the other things I fixed so I could get a sticker. She said the technician was on lunch and she would call back after she checked with him. I told her that I work 12 hour days and just got off work at 6am. Maybe she didn't understand or maybe I didn't understand and I understand things happen. It's only 2:00 pm, an hour after she said he'd get back from lunch, talk with him, and call back. I work 12 hour shifts and it's an hour drive to and from work. It might just be that I'm tired but I was hoping for better service. Other people have great reviews so don't just take mine into account while looking for service on your vehicle. It honestly might be just my luck. They seem like really nice people from what I witnessed but an inspection sticker will always be just outside my grasp. (EDIT) They finally called at 2:09 pm and I couldn't get to my phone in time. They didn't leave a voicemail. I tried to call them 8 times around 5-7 minutes apart between then and 3pm with no response. Once more at 3:08. I tried I guess. (EDIT again) They called me back and said they couldn't do anything until Tuesday, all booked up. I work on Tuesday and no other date offered. Clearly didn't want to have anything to do with me. Read your reviews much? I wish your company success. Didn't work well with me and my schedule. It would've been nice to receive this message when your company first called me back and didn't leave a voicemail so I wouldn't have wasted more of my time but thanks anyways. read more

Had my car brought in at 08:30 Hrs on a reservation at 08:30 hrs after calling back to check at 16:00 on the status the receptionist is asking me for what was the car brought in and it hasn't even been touched. Very dependable, honest and helpful. Unfortunately, I had a very old vehicle that needed a lot of repair. With that in mind, I chose not have the vehicle repaired. I felt with the age of the vehicle, if I fixed one thing, another would probably need fixing also. I thank the people of this organization for all the things they were trying to do, but it did not seem feasible to fix my old car. These people were great!!! These people and especially the owner is a crook. He has somehow bits and pieced all together thousands of dollars, yet my car is worse than the first time I brought it in. I can almost guarantee this guy rips off plenty more people than me. I came in to get something and take picture of mileage. My car was up on lift with both of my plates taken off! They couldn't explain why they took off my plates, or better yet, why they had them off and my car in the air and did not even start on fixing it for another four days (over the whole weekend, Monday, and Tuesday) and when I finally got it back because they wanted it longer. The guy gave me an attitude because I asked why I turned my car off and nothing worked. They jumped it off and never hooked my battery up. Then my plates were still off of it, let me mention my car was the ONLY car with plates off of it (there wasn't another bmw there, surprise surprise). I told him I took picture of mileage and I shouldn't have because you're gonna tell me this man went through the trouble of fixing my very tangled and misformed seatbelt and adjusted new permanent seat settings and test drove it after putting in a new clutch and it didn't gain a single mile? He reset it. My car had 3/4 of the tank when I brought it in and it was 20 miles till empty picking it up. This last time it was just sitting there after he said he would not mess around this time. Two days goes by and not even glanced towards. I ask and he says he is waiting on parts. What parts dude? I dropped them off to him the day before and wasn't aware of anything just talking out of his ***. I asked just please put the parts on I bought and brought to you and originally asked. He said "you're rushing sh** is why I didn't want to do this fu**ing car in the first place" then why'd you say yes and in a timely manner? I told him fine I will be up there later to get parts and car and take my business elsewhere, he said good come pick it up then. I could tell my hood had been popped and as soon as I started it up it was running horribly and I took to get gas and this happened first time after leaving his shop the most recent time I went to this place. Got worse and worse for a day and now something has caused a catastrophic engine failure in my BMW. I googled what people do when they try to be sneaky when sabotaging a car and loosening the bolts around your engine will almost guarantee engine failure with enough time to basically not seem likes it's related to him. That's exactly what happened! They have put on other parts and charged me for parts they never replaced these hose that they charged 280 FOR! How was it even that much if they were replaced? Anyways a freaking nightmare and he's a crook. Anybody with common sense would be able to tell this dude does not care about your well being he'd rather take advantage and he can't handle when somebody sees through it. After reading all of the reviews especially the bad ones I still was going to give this shop a try. The receptionist has a nasty mouth and is real rude. When I talked to her or a family member would talk to her, she always has a smart mouth rude for no reason. Today I had an appointment to drop my car off. Charles was pose to be the one to work on my car. But when I got there. I asked her where he was so I could speak to him before he start the work. She tells me while rolling her neck with attitude Charles just left and she don't know when he will be back. And she did not know that I wanted to talk to him. Well duh who in they right mind just going to drop a car off without speaking to someone. Then she say well you can reschedule, now why would I when I been waiting on this appointment for weeks cause he backed up. Then she say well we got other mechanics. But then say well they don't know what's going on, so why even mention them. Also i have noticed when someone leaves a review, they was nasty with someone and said they was hiding behind a keyboard lol very professional on your end.
