    Red Wine Flight
    Kristen B.

Hop & Vine has become my go-to spot when I'm in the mood for someone to make a charcuterie board for me. I love putting together boards at home, but there's just something that hits different when it's done for you. They also have cheeses and meats that I wouldn't normally have access to, which makes it more special. I also LOVE that the charcuterie board comes with both mustard and honey: underrated but very important. I also got a red wine flight and let the server choose the specific wines for us. I still ended up falling back on a classic Cab as my favorite, but it was cool to try a few different ones, rank them, and then realize our rankings shifted the more we kept sipping lol. We also got the rosemary & prosciutto pizza, which looks pretty unassuming at first but is actually so good. Pro-tip: save the extra crust and use it with your charcuterie. It basically becomes a fluffy cracker for all the extra meats, cheeses, and spreads on your plate. Overall, this is one of those easy, reliable spots that feels a little elevated without trying too hard. Perfect for a relaxed night where you just want to snack, sip, and hang out.

Stopped in for a bite on Father's Day evening after a busy day. Only a few tables taken we had a choice of inside or outside seating. We chose the huge cozy booth. Menus were brought out with a list of food and a vast selection of everything from small bites/appetizers, salads, charcuterie board and pizza plus other great and decadent options. The bartender Sheamiar was our server. She was very knowledgeable about wines when asked about recommendations. The sangria was refreshing. The Pinot Noir was nice. She was awesome the entire time Sunday night here was relaxing. Everything was good from the jalapeno poppers to the pizza and wine. I hear they have an excellent happy hour Monday-Friday. If I don't make it back one of those days I'll definitely stop in to sample more food And wine. Thank you Sheamar!

Came here on a whim - line for Luna was too long and was pleasantly surprised. Their staff was top notch - super friendly and very knowledgable about their menu and wines! It's got a cool casual vibe with a bit of a funky flair. They have a variety of beers and wines, appetizers, salads, and charcuterie boards where you could pick your meats and cheeses. Great experience! Can't wait to go back.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend and was pleasantly surprised as its definitely not a place that I would normally go to, but enjoyed it Food was good, nice chill vibes and service is pretty good. Parking is a bit of a pain for the area, so conveniences of easy in and out depends on time of day.

Food: 4.5 Drinks: 5 Service: 5 Ambiance: 5 I stopped in on a slow Tuesday night for a quick bite. There is a long bar, several indoor tables (including high tops), and a few outdoor tables as well. It looked like half of the small crowd was regulars based on their interaction with the staff. I was warmly greeted by Jaime the bartender and promptly offered menus (separate drink / food / HH). Jaime was friendly, kind, attentive, and professional. Definitely the kind of bartender who makes the experience better and tries to drum up a regular clientele. I ordered a glass of Pinot Noir and a small pizza with rosemary & prosciutto. The crust was light and airy, just as I like it. The pizza also had apricots, which I was curious about. It was good, but there was something about the dried apricots that didn't wow me. Also, when I get arugula on my pie I expect it to be covered, this was very sparse, almost like adding some basil. It was clearly good as I finished most of it (but not the crust). Jaime told me about Trivia Night on Wednesdays, so I gave it a try. This time the place was packed with only a couple empty seats at the bar and I'd say well over 75% were Wednesday night regulars. Luckily for me there was an empty seat in the middle of the bar and once again Jaime took care of me. Jaime remembered my order from the night before and offered two red wine tastings before I made my choice. While I went in thinking I'd get a cheese board, I noticed the black truffle and honey pizza and thought I'd give that a try. Let's just say I cleaned my plate and used the crust to mop up all that truffle + honey goodness! This was a five star pie.

Jim saved us a table for 8 and we had another table for 2. I appreciated their service. I was glad they had us an indoor table. It was a hot day. The waitress gave my coworker and I the happy hour, even though they don't usually give it to a large group. The prices were right. We all bought glasses of wine;Alberino was very good) & their brut rose was good! We ordered a bottle of wine and it was good. We ordered charcuterie, pretzel, nachos, pizza, and enjoyed it all! I was very pleased with the service, the care, the attention, and the vibe! I changed my review from 5 to 4 stars after I realized two things. One, they don't allow happy hour for groups, which I've never heard of before. Two, they never actually showed me the bill. They just showed me the total. How do I know what everyone should pay me, since I charged it all on my card?

Chips and salsa were delicious and a good app to start with, pizza was also super good and brought out fast, they have a large drink menu and offer yummy mock tails as well, the cucumber like kombucha was good. Staff was really chill and friendly, seating inside was also nice and cute; fun place for a hangout or date! Only downside is asked for chocolate and vanilla for the gelato and got two chocolate but was good nonetheless, cheesecake was also yummy.

I had an amazing experience watching the Super Bowl. A smooth environment. The service was quick. We ordered jalapeño poppers, snaking on nachos and a delicious mezze platter. Alyssa's amiability has been the above and beyond for my friends and I. Alyssa gave the same experience to other tables. Please value this employee, for the time we all arrived she's been working up and down by her self. Hope her breaks were taken accordantly. Don't forget to give her a raise. Thank you Alyssa for the lovely experience we will come back again

This is a cute, cool, small neighborhood spot. I stopped by on a rainy day and it was a fun stop. The bartender was friendly, and happy hour was ideal.

I arranged a meetup event here on a Sunday evening and found this place that has flights, especially bubbly flights and decided to host the event here. I called and talked to Jim about it. He is responsive and wants to work with you. We were a group of 9 and I has expected 8. I called Jim back to let him know that it might be 10 women and he was very flexible about it. Unfortunately because of a misunderstanding - when I talked to Jim initially, I mentioned that a lot of women like the bubbly but he understood it as all the women would order bubbly. As such, he ordered a nice French Champagne for the event but wen I spoke to him on the day off, I made it clear that the attendees will a order what they want but a lot of them like bubbly. Because of the confusion, we ended getting 3 small tables right at the front that Jim could not join together and a lot of us ended up standing so we could talk to each other which was not comfortable. Other than that, we all loved it. The place offers a white flight, a red flight or pick your own wine flight. You get three tastings for $22. The pours were good. They also have bar bites as well as burgers etc. There is plenty of parking and at 5pm on a Sunday, the place was not full but people started to come in a bit later.

Came here on a Friday night with my girls. We picked a booth that looked revered at the staff just let us sit there haha. They brought us menus pretty quickly and the vibe was cute. We ordered the chicken nachos and three Italians pizza. They were brought out quickly and honestly tasted pretty bomb. I didn't order a drink but I would say if you're looking for a lateish night bite, this place was quick and delicious. Service was great too!.

A great little stop to have a great glass of wine or one of their many rotating craft beers. Service is always great and attentive. Been here a dozen times or so and never really that busy. Another note I had a company happy hour here. There's a loft that they'll serve you privately with bites and platters if you order ahead.

We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. But we've typically got plenty of seating between the bar, booths, inside tables and our heated sidewalk seating on The Alameda.

The Persian saffron gheymeh lamb ossobuco (lamb shank with stew and dill basmati rice) was delicious though! Lamb was incredibly tender and savory and the spiced split-pea saffron stew went well with the fluffy rice. For food, we went with the drip trio platter which came with fresh pita bread pieces, and the drip trio of hummus with roe on top, chilled tzatziki, and muhammara. Then we moved on to the oysters which were fresh, will a dressing of an herb oil of some sort. They also had a complementary palette cleanser in between which was a shot of watermelon and orange juice. For maincourse, my husband went for the tagliatelle and I chose the ravioli, both choices were corroborated by our server to be the right ones to go for. The tagliatelle is expensive because of the lobster and caviar that it comes with. However, the pasta is delicious and comes in a decadent sauce. Not a lot of lobster pieces though. The ravioli had a robust mushroom flavor and came with a light sauce of mushrooms, crispy fried shallots, and pine nuts. We skipped dessert because we were pretty full already. Would definitely recommend this place for a cozy dinner out but it's quite expensive so might not be a place to go to frequently.

It's such a cozy spot to hang out, and the vibe was perfect for a relaxed evening. The meatballs were especially delicious -- definitely recommend ordering them. What really stood out, though, was the service after my visit. I accidentally left my backpack there on Saturday and didn't realize until later. Even though they're closed on Sundays and Mondays, Tina went above and beyond to help me get it back. She responded to my email on Sunday and coordinated everything so I could retrieve my belongings. That level of care and responsiveness is rare and meant so much to me. I'm incredibly grateful and will absolutely be back. Great food, great wine, great music, and truly wonderful people.

The gentleman serving us, who was wearing a black Mexico jersey, took our table but then disappeared for an extended period of time and never checked back on us. He seemed disoriented and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. His behavior and demeanor made us uncomfortable and left us feeling neglected as customers. After waiting quite a while, I had to get up and ask another employee for assistance. I believe her name was Michelle. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and helpful, and she did her best to turn the experience around. Her customer service was excellent and was the only positive part of our visit. That said, the service at the beginning was completely unacceptable. Management should address situations like this, as customers should not have to wonder whether employees are drinking while on the job.
