If they fix something, it stays fixed, if we ask for professional advice, they always give it with the emphasis on what's best for us, not what they can sell us. Homeowner repairs are rarely cheap, so I feel we always get great service and value when we do have to get items fixed. He and people like him are just trying to convince you how righteous and honest and pious and trustworthy they are, blah, blah, blah, to lull you into trusting them.
