A representative called to give me the costs and and relevant info. I decided to replace the unit because it was actually cheaper than dealing with current and future repairs. It was foind and fixed in 2 hours, for less than $1,500 by MIKE'S PLUMBING. They were amazing. This was a year ago. Dan JUST CALLED ME, wanting to know who I am, why my number showed up in his call log, and then accused me of being involved in some sort of scam with his former assistant, who had been kind enough to help me get Dan's fraudulent diagnosis removed from my account. Do not use this guy. He is dishonest, unresponsive and was really aggressive and rude.
