I answered, yes please. - In June I observed their crew at our immediate next door neighbors house spraying their trees. Figured they'd come here next? Not. Never came over? So I called. I was told, "Well the house you observed 'down the street' gets all three (3) spraying services. You only get The Broad Spectrum (?)." I answered, "Well, they are not 'down the street'. They are right next door. Who choose the one spraying service for us? Wasn't me." Then she goes, "I'm so tired of customers yelling at me. - I was new last year!" ????? I said, "Miss, I'm not yelling at you. Well OK then, let's just forget including the tree spraying portion of your services. Just cancel that, OK?" And she goes, "Would you like to just completely cancel all of your service with us? Cancel your account?" Me, "You know what? That's a good idea. Cancel all of the service."

Based on a referral, I contracted Warrior Landscaping to do a small job. All I wanted them to do…read morewas remulch, install some edging, and trim a few trees and bushes. They estimated that it would take 2-3 days. It ended up taking over two months and cost about twice what they estimated. They underestimated the amount of materials (mulch and edging), as well as the labor. Granted, it rained a lot during the period of performance, but it still shouldn't have taken over two months! There was very little attention to detail (could be because the owner wasn't around because his wife was due to give birth). They left mulch directly on the lawn (not on a tarp) prior to transferring it to the beds. What resulted was a lot of mulch left on the grass which ended up killing portions of it. They were supposed to lay the fabric on the beds and then put the mulch on top. They evidently didn't have enough fabric, because there were a lot of gaps that allowed the weeds to poke through. I could have overlooked a lot of this, but about a month after they finished, I got a big surprise. I had been out of town and working odd hours, so I didn't pay much attention to my sprinkler system. One morning I noticed that one of the sprinkler heads was not working. I discovered that they had installed the edging directly on top of a sprinkler head - and that wasn't the only one. I had my sprinkler service company come out and check the entire system - there were several broken heads located next to the edging. The system had been serviced about a month before the landscaping, so the only plausible explanation was that they were broken during the landscaping job. I was still in for another surprise when I got my water bill. It was about $100 more than expected and then I received a notice from the water company that I might have a leak. I spoke with them and they said the high reading was probably attributable to the broken sprinkler heads. I contacted Warrior Landscaping to tell them about the broken sprinkler heads and the water issue. They apologized but said that I should have notifed them when I discovered the issue so they could have addressed and/or rectified the matter. Unfortunately, I didn't trust them to handle the matter quickly or resolve it to my satisfaction, so it ended up costing me more. I'm a military veteran and liked the fact that the company is veteran owned and operated. I really wanted to be happy with their work but, unfortunately, I cannot recommend them.

The project included the cutting and pruning but also deep stump grinding to enable us to convert the spaces to perennial planting beds. To be clear, this was a massive, sophisticated project. They were competitive on price, but much more importantly, they showed up on time and as promised and did absolutely awesome work. Their crews were genuinely kind, articulate, motivated, professional and beyond competent. They did amazing work and left the property in pristine condition. While we all hope for great service and great results, we often find ourselves with experiences and finished products that are just short of expectations. He went over each item with me and informed me of the benefits and problems involved, giving me great advice throughout the free estimate/consultation visit. Scheduling the work was handled via text and AJ was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. When the foreman and crew came out to do the work, they were all just as polite, friendly, and professional. They used a bucket truck to reach the tallest areas on both trees, consulting with us often to ensure they did what we wanted. This took the owner and his 2 man crew 1 hr. 30min. for the whole job. I also asked him to remove my willow tree, and trim 2 small trees. He didn't remove my willow tree, only trimmed it . I didn't realize this until after he left. He reduced the price. He was also to mow and de-weed my property and spray where the willow was coming up in all the wrong places. This was never finished.
