Looks like they make small batches so not to waste food. Service: friendly and quick. It was busy before and after I arrived so they must be doing something right. The line was out the door a few times. Seems as the women working may be mother daughter or sisters. Super friendly and always moving about with cooking and taking orders. Replenishing and replacing. And always always confirms your order so there's no mistakes. They have plenty of fruit in their fridge displayed. Ambiance: small but just enough space to sit and eat.
