This is the location by Kasier

Just went to get a drink says closes at 6pm that's 50min and I can't order a drink they closed their machine I do not like this location they seem rude and don't want your business. I don't recommend coming here. I rather give my business to people who actually want to work. It's always young people at the window and they should be happy they have a job. I don't think I will com back here again.

I placed an order and this is what I received. I am so disappointed and disgusted. This is very unsanitary.

I placed an order and this is what I received. I can't imagine how unsanitary this is. This is truthfully disappointing.

Kiosk is right outside the hospital and next to Garden medical clinics

First time ever that a Coffee shop is on campus here at Kaiser, smack dab between the hospital and the building of medical offices that is called Garden. Perfect location for all employees or patients needing a caffeine kick , also serving breakfast food items. However they were out of breads and sandwiches at 430 pm, understandably. Two persons were serving from this kiosk , drinks seemed made to order. I just got an iced Vietnamese coffee. The surrounding area is a very nice garden walk. No lines when I got here. It's only open for a limited time, it was closed on the weekend evening I was visiting the hospital. Please dispose of your receipts and other trash , there is a huge receptacle to your left away from the kiosk.

The service is just enough to be a public business. Little to nothing customer service here. The food is worse than if I had made my own sandwich at home. It is expensive as a regular egg muffin at 5.95 for a 99c McDonalds like muffin. And don't expect any sauce or even plastic utensils offer. Too bad this thing replaced the nice lady with her little foof truck but hey Kaiser is always thinking how to make more money from its patients.

First day open!!! Ordered an iced pumpkin latte dirty chai and egg white pesto wrap. The wrap was ok, however would not order it again. Service recovery was on point considering my drink order was incorrect. The fella that assisted me was super kind. Thank you!

The cashier girl was so rude and nasty for no reason. Terrible attitude but other than that, coffee is good as always!

The very nice man behind the counter informed me that Vietnamese sandwiches are no longer on the menu. There were many other sandwiches available on the menu with pictures of each one. There's tables and chairs in their outdoor seating area. It took about 10 minutes and the most filled and pretty sandwich came out! The sandwich was sizable. I shared half with a friend and enjoyed half for lunch. It was sooo delicious. The veggies, sauces, meats were so well balanced. The bread!!! The bread was so toasty and tasty. I will definitely be back and would recommend this sandwich and shop to anyone who is looking for a quick lunch with high quality ingredients and very nice staff!

After I realized that not all smoking tigers are the same- some have the fresh baked stuff and the others get it shipped in, it's worth the extra travel to go to the bread factories. I don't think it's fair to review the food since most of it rotates so much, BUT... that buttery flakey crust of the chicken pot pie literally made me want to eat 1000 of them in one sitting. Everything is good. Literally EVERYThING is delicious. Just make sure you ask them to warm it up. Cause who wants a room temp bread when you don't have to live like that. In the time it took to warm up my pot pie, I was able to ask my usual incessant questions which were all answered with super chill and friendly conversation. The people are really sweet and knowledgeable. Always a good experience here.

As a ex Italian barista, this was pulled from a previously used and dead shot. The color and even the flavor did not even resemble a Brazilian/Sumatra blend. Unacceptable, disgusting, and just a plain waste of my time and money. Shame on the women baristas there who were working the machines to do this. I wanted to give this place a try while I was in the area since we have one in Garden Grove. Unfortunately that was a mistake, but fortunately I know not to visit the GG one also.

Love their wide open dining space, kids area and even dance floor. Restrooms require a code, but you can get them from any of the restaurants/long-standing vendors. They even have a full arcade and ample parking in back. Service is top tier. Even the employees who help keep SteelCraft thriving are personable. Family friendly, friend group friendly, pet friendly and very welcoming of everyone. Definitely making Downtown Bellflower even more of a hub. Free Wifi. But I get that it's probably easier for spills to be soaked up so people don't slip and it's less maintenance. If you're a fur-parent don't worry, there's even a couple bowls from which your pet can get fresh water from their drinking fountain. Or just bring your own bowl and fill it up at the water station. It's really a pet friendly place. We brought our Shih Tzu along and saw another dog sitting on the bench.
