I know that specialty coffee shops charge that much due to the grade of beans being higher and more expensive, so I'm wondering if they use higher quality beans as well to justify their price? Either $1.25 for oat milk was a total turn off for me, it seems a little greedy. Most places charge $.75-$1. The rewards system is not very rewarding as it is one free donut for every $100 you spend. Not sure I'll be coming back. Maybe occasionally when I'm craving a donut.

I recently had a very large order and did 45 dozen (540 pieces!!) directly with the store. Gary was very quick to respond and helpful with the flavor reccs/modifications. We did: glazed, french toast, chocolate with chocolate sprinkles, chocolate covered strawberry, strawberry w rainbow sprinkles, and vanilla chocolate swirl. Day of, Gary was on time with the delivery (even with my last minute time change due to another delivery). Everything was accurate, fresh and carefully packaged. Duck donuts was such a hit!
