Best ham and cheese with jalapeño
    Vu N.

Ham and cheese croissants here are legit.. Perfectly cooked.. Also try the strawberry cream cheese croissants.. Place is closer than seaside and better!!!

Jalapeño Ham N cheese, Soo good. Better than sea side.

Glad to say, I enjoyed the pistachio latte. Wasn't too sweet, it was perfectly balanced to the coffee. I didn't get to try the banana coffee but my boyfriend enjoyed it. As I was ordering, another barista was peeking at the tablet and started making my order. That's how you know their good team members! A short line was already forming as I sat down so it was smart of him to get started so nobody would wait too long. Parking was easy to find. I usually skip on places if parking is limited. Needless to say, I'd definitely come back.

I got the Honey Oat Latte (hot) regular size. I really wanted to like it, but quite honestly the espresso was very acidic. Maybe it was the brew, or the grinds were too coarse, but the first initial taste was very acidic and upsetting to the palette. It could've also been that I got a hot drink instead of iced. I noticed a lot of people were ordering iced drinks instead of hot, so next time I will try an iced drink. Good news is their menu is very extensive! They have so many options of coffee, matcha, and non-caffeinated beverages for everyone. They also have a seasonal menu that changes frequently. Right now they have a pumpkin spice latte for fall. Even though I didn't enjoy the honey oat latte, I haven't been deterred from coming back to this place. I really want to go back and try their different iced beverages and give this place another chance!

I'm not exactly sure what flavors they use in their signature blend, but whatever it is, it works--it was really enjoyable. The 20 oz cup for $6.50 is a great value, especially for the quality and size. I was too full to try anything else today, but their matcha and coconut water drinks both caught my eye, so I'll definitely be back to give those a try. Overall, I'd recommend stopping by if you enjoy a strong Vietnamese-style coffee at a reasonable price.

They serve traditional Vietnamese phin-drip coffee as well as matchas and milk teas. I added Findi to my Teaholic Diaries instead of my Coffeeshop Chronicles because I skipped past the coffees and went straight for the milk teas and matcha. And I have to say, that was the right call. I ordered the strawberry matcha and the oolong milk tea cloud. The strawberry puree in the matcha latte was delicious, and the oolong tea flavor in the milk tea was subtle but still shone through. My friend also ordered their taro coco, but we both thought that one was gross. The coconut flavor was too overpowering and there was this bitter sour aftertaste that was pretty unpleasant. Overall though, we enjoyed our visit, sans that last drink. ****************** My Ratings: 1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return. 3 Stars: Meh. Average. Might return if others drag me. 4 Stars: Yum! Likely to return. 5 Stars: Amazing! Would plan my day around it.

Triple Cloud Matcha? 10/10. Pandan Coconut Coffee? 10/10. And nothing is overly sweet, which I absolutely love. And don't even get me started on the food. Their desserts are amazing, but their breakfast burrito with that green sauce? ADDICTION. Straight addiction. The only downside is that this place gets SO busy, especially in the afternoon, that finding a seat can be difficult. Come early if you actually want to sit and hang out. But honestly, there's a reason they're this busy. Every single drink and food item I've tried so far has been a 10/10. I love coming here and will keep coming back.

Maybe because that's the vast amount of digital cafe projects happening at this time of day reminds me of my time in Panera. It's huge! So even with all the traffic they are able to handle a large volume of orders, and I can sit comfortably in the ambience of a chill soundtrack. I ordered a Strawberry & Cream Matcha and Cookies & Cream cookie hoping for something sweet. I'm glad I got the cookie because the creamy beverage was more like strawberry water. I'm surprised to see this combo not hit in such a popular location considering the strawberry matcha I'm nearly veteran in tasting. I didn't expect much from the cookie but for a total of $14 and change the bakery portion size is outperforming the barista. Remember the exact price you paid if you want to log into the wifi because they have a two-factor authentication to further confuse your senses. At least the project patrons seem familiar with the run of show here. I never expect much from service at coffee shops but considering my surprise about the wifi it feels customary to welcome guests to take note of the detail. Additionally, and most importantly to me, when I get an iced beverage I usually get it in a plastic cup. I'm surprised they dispense these in a normal to go coffee cup (with lid, not pictured so you could see what the order was). All that work and I don't get to see. My order reads "Take Out" although I never elected that and maybe that's what the standard of operations is here since I don't see a single other kind of container. Are all orders "Take Out?" Why notate if there's no "Dine In?" I guess I'm just used to cold beverages handled differently. I'm sure the difference wouldn't have affected the watery taste. Considering the sheer operational power of the local's favorite spot, I suppose there's only enough left to expense a one-cup show. The iPad menus at the register feel like wasted potential or overkill but in a house this big, the iPads lying around are bound to entertain its target audience. Overall, I'd say this coffee house is O'Kei.

My boyfriend doesn't enjoy sweets as much as I do so that garlic bread was good for it. The croissants were really flakey and flavorful. I enjoyed the bread.
