Cute coffee shop with a surf-y vibe, which is perfect being so close to Revel Surf. I'm sure that is intentional. Large parking lot is always good. I had a great tasting drink (can't remember which one for the life of me), it was a rotating drink on the specials menu, and incredibly friendly service. I didn't try any other items. I sat in the back seating area and worked a little bit. Relaxed place and great hip hop played by the barista.
A must try spot in the east valley! Located next to Revel Surf Park in an up and coming shopping center, this place gives chill socal vibes and uses high quality espresso. Lighting is great inside and plenty of seating, making it a perfect spot to come and hang out while you enjoy your drink.
Stopped in on a Saturday morning, there was a good line but it moved really quickly and coffee came out fast. Service was very friendly and didn't feel rushed. A few interesting latte options (we got the carrot cake latte) and a good amount of in house made syrups ( we also tried a sugar free vanilla oat milk latte). Coffee was interesting and delicious. On the weekends they offer breakfast tacos, which were $4.50 for a single taco which seems like a lot but they were good. They have a good variety of pastries and the blueberry muffin was delicious (and they'll warm it up for you!). The location itself has indoor and outdoor seating and seems to be a very family friendly vibe. Lots of families with children and people sitting with their dogs as well. Overall, a good and tastey option for a weekend stop!
We had a fantastic experience! Ordered an Americano, latte, cortado and cold brew so we could taste a lot of the menu. Everything was wonderful, I especially liked the cortado. The staff was over the top kind, but very genuine. It actually might have been the most positive customer experience I've had at a third wave coffee shop. The barista was patient with me as I debated what I wanted, wasn't in a hurry, and was friendly through my indecision. We drove 20 min to visit & I'd do it again and again if I lived here!
Great coffee shop located in Mesa, Arizona. The barista was super nice and helpful with recommendations. She also let me know that other than the sugar free syrup, all syrups are homemade by the coffee shop. You can tell that they are! The flavor is super strong and delicious. I got the Chumpkin iced latte and it did not dissapoint. It was a little pricey, but the quality was worth it. The atmosphere is wonderful for anyone who wants to do some work, read a book, or have a coffee date/hangout. I went at 7:50ish in the morning on a weekday and it was quiet and relaxing, with plenty of seats and tables.

The shop offers both indoor and outdoor sitting with a high ceiling and open glass windows which make it feel very relaxing, comfortable and inviting. I went on a Saturday morning on my way home from some shopping and it was still busy around 10 am. The line was long, but it didn't take long to have my order taken and since I just got a cold brew with cream they directly handed me my order. The barista taking my order was sweet! My cold brew was just okay, it was kind bland and tasted like the day priors cold brew. I'd go back and try something different next time!

I came on a Saturday around 11, there were customers but only two people ahead of me and I got my drink really fast, wasn't too busy! They made their own syrups which is a huge plus for me! I absolutely love matcha tonics and espresso tonics so I was thrilled to see they gave both! I ended up getting the house espresso tonic which had lemon and lime. It was perfect! Not overly lemony and the espresso was delish. Very cute in here too, a little smaller than I expected but they have a nice little patio area too. And super clean. I recommend.
Located in Cannon Beach at the corner of Power and Warner in Mesa, this hip coffee shop has an open feeling and laid-back vibe. I have stopped in a few times to really get a feel for the place and find myself coming back whenever I am in the area. They have indoor seating and an outside patio off to the side; the counter area where you place your order and drink menu are small but personable. They offer delicious breakfast tacos if you can grab one before they run out and a small selection of pastries. The reason for four stars is their drink sizes seems to be one size, although a small latte does have two shots. My go to is the Grocery Store Cookie Latte which is simply smooth and satisfying. The breakfast tacos are flavorful but small and I ordered a cinnamon roll which was light and fluffy and not overly sweet. The only thing was the price point which at $7.00 seemed a little high to me. Overall, this place definitely deserves a stop in and I highly recommend trying one of their special lattes.

We tried their strawberry rhubarb matcha and bbl (banana bread latter). We absolutely loved it!! The baristas were the friendliest as well! They gave us not only good drink recs but also breakfast recs since they overheard us talking about bagels haha. This will definitely be another go to for me!
First off, I always prefer local businesses rather than the huge corporate places, so this place fits that bill. Somehow, we ended up here during their grand opening as we were going through the area checking out another spots launch. There was a long line, but the staff got everyone through there fairly quickly. The prices are as expected and what we ordered was good and made well. The staff members that were there were friendly and attentive, so that was refreshing for their debut. The atmosphere is very trendy & fits the vibe of it's inspiration. They have a great space. The inside is presented nicely for those that want to stay indoors to enjoy their drinks. Only downside IMO was wished the drink size was bigger especially for the price.
I love the name and it drew me in for an afternoon latte. Drinks come in a real glass! Space is so relaxing and I sat for a bit to check emails. The merch is super cute... I was so tempted to pick up some. Easy parking. Good service. Please come and create your own adventure. read more

This is a review where the customer service spoke more to me than the coffee. First off, the coffee was great. I got the spring special which was carrot cake, and it wasn't very sweet but they have a station with sugar for those who may want it sweeter. I personally like the less-sweet option, so I'm happy. The cashier sat and talked with me though while my drink was being made and was so sweet. Even to the girls ahead of me in line, it's like she's friends with everyone haha. And not in a "Dutch Bros in your face" kind of way either, which is nice when I'm running solo. I'll be back just cause of that alone, but of course to try some different coffee flavors as well. read more

This area of Gilbert has like 5 coffee shops every half mile. All have their pros and cons. But most are just the vibe you get walking in. Whether it be the military veteran gift shop, the big remote work warehouse, or the drive through coffee stores. Only Hooligans is a bit more comfortable and coffee forward like a more "hipster" coffee cafe. Super clean, comfortable, cute, coffee love. This is where you get a Flat White coffee and answer emails or have a quiet conversation. Will be back next visit read more
I stopped by hot and new coffee shop, Hooligan's Coffeehouse back in December. It's located in Cannon Beach and there's plenty of parking. The shop is bright, open, and spacious. They offer plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt my conversation with the staff was genuine. I ordered my go-to, an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon powder. Hooligan's serves Presta Coffee Roasters, which is a roaster based in Tucson, AZ. My latte was smooth and had the right balance of honey and cinnamon. I look forward to returning! read more

We stopped by last Saturday for some much needed caffeine and glad we checked them out. I brought my sister, cousin, and friend with me and well got ourselves something to drink. We ordered: 3 Iced Grocery Store Sugar Cookie lattes 1 Iced Matcha 1 Cinnamon roll The iced Grocery Store Sugar Cookie lattes were ok. I expected to be able to taste the sugar cookie flavoring more but I could not really taste anything. 2/3 lattes were given to us with sprinkles while the third latte was not. Not sure why the third one did not include sprinkles if we all ordered it the same way. My sister tried the matcha and she said it was good. The cinnamon roll was dry and not heated up. Service was excellent as the cashier was very friendly and made some small talk. The inside was very busy and there were no tables or chairs available. We were luckily able to snatch a table outside as that party was leaving. read more

Service was good and my matcha was ok. The cashier did advise me that their matcha was bitter so I added vanilla. The vanilla only helped a tad bit as you could really taste the earthy matcha taste. Very, very nice vibe on premises. Lots of folks hanging out at the ample number of tables outside, plus a cute patio that includes living lavender pits on each table. Coffee is good ... held back one star because I asked for largest size of Americano they had, and it ended up being only about 8 ounces. Unusual approach since Americano is mostly hot water. I would have grabbed something to eat, but by time I got there, there was only one lone scone waiting in case. Place looks pretty new, but there's good parking around it, and I think it will do quite well in future. Service was epic. Barista called me by name during my whole experience and walked my coffee out to me on patio even though patrons are supposed to pick up at bar. I'm impressed read more

This is very cute coffee shop in Mesa at a new area calling itself Cannon Beach (must be due to the wave park coming in!) We were greeted right away and the barista upfront was so nice and welcoming! She's a great conversationalist! The interior was very modern, with seating near the front, near the back, and outside. My husband and I ordered a honey cinnamon latte, matcha, banana bread, and apple cinnamon roll. It took a long while for our order to come out, not sure why. But they brought it over to us where we were sitting. The honey cinnamon syrup was VERY good, and I recommend it highly with their matcha. The pastries are a must, and I also recommend the banana bread. If you are in the area, you must come by and stop in! read more

Hubs and I decided to try out a new coffee place and Hooligans did not disappoint. Prices are very reasonable. They have various coffee and non coffee options plus some yummy food choices. I had their brisket breakfast taco and it was so good. I got their matcha latte with oat milk and hubs got their cold brew. Both were refreshing and enjoyable. They opened up on Dec 9th as a soft opening but apparently they got so busy that they're now officially open. The staff here are super friendly and accommodating. They're a pet friendly business but they do not offer pup cups. Nevertheless, Gunther still got attention which is enough for him. The place is open and clean. Hubs and I will be back! He is hoping to snag a brisket taco or two next time since I got the last one. read more
I got Instagram influenced and I'm happy I did LOL I walked in here mid-late afternoon and there were quite a few people in line (shows good signs the coffee is good!), a good amount of seating and wifi! Loved this place! We just moved to the east valley area and decided to stop here for our morning coffee. We got the BBL and the Ocean Ave (both seasonal drinks) but they were both amazing!! The staff were friendly and the inside was cute. Will definitely be returning to try some other things out next time! read more

I was impressed with this place! The coffee was really delicious to me, I got an iced vanilla latte. The service was great and the two employees working were really nice and personable. I went to Hooligans around 8am on a Saturday morning. There were quite a few people in there and my order came out quickly! I ordered the Coquito Shaker (aka Costa Rican "eggnog") and it was delicious! I loved the modern aesthetic and the overall vibe of the coffee house. Would definitely recommend. read more
