They were so nice and pleasant. New owners not so much but we'd overlook it bc they were a bit closer and interactions were not so much rude just stoic and no smile. The younger girl was ok but it was the older woman. But today was the last straw. My husband returned home vowing never to go back there again. He said he used the drive thru this morning, absolutely no one behind him yet the woman with the very short hair was curt, rushed him, like she was annoyed and like she just wanted him gone. With so much competition a smile goes a long way. Whatever happened to the basics of customer service. Customers especially repeat customers is what helps a business thrive. In fact, even if you don't want to smile at least don't treat your paying customers like they're an irritant. That's over 20% on donuts that I already over paid for lol. Tipping culture is pretty insane and inflation too but expecting customers to pay nearly $2 for a tiny donut is ridiculous.
