This is perhaps the most unorganized business that I have ever dealt with. Now I will say that the actual service was great. All of the service guys that came to clean up the yard were professional, and did an excellent job cleaning up. However any time I had to deal with billing/customer service was where the issues were. First of all, whenever you need to speak with billing you have to leave a message with customer service and wait for a call back, if you miss it then too bad because if you try to call them from the number they called you on it won't work. Secondly, I never received any of my billing statements, and low and behold I have a balance due because my card was compromised and the number was changed by the bank. Well I received a call from the customer service and I understood that I needed to make the payments. Now I confirmed 3 different times the amount and was told 48.57. I gave a new card and gave the authorization to charge that amount, well what was charged was over 5 times that amount. So I called back and was told that I had to wait for billing to call me. Well they did the next day and basically was like there was nothing they could do because I owed that amount. I was not disputing that I owed it or not, but the issue is you can't tell people you will charge one amount and then do something different. I would have been more that happy to work out paying the balance, halting service until it was paid, whatever, but what I didn't appreciate was being lied to about the amount they would charge then charge something different then told "Oh well"... So after a few phone calls back and forth, I finally receive a call from a Michelle. She actually left me a voicemail that I still have which states that I would be credited the difference from what was charged to what was told would be charged and that accounting would send me an invoice for what the balance is. Needless to say, I never heard from Michelle again and I never received the credit or the invoice. I filed a complaint with BBB but of course the DFW franchise is not registered with them only the VA offices. I would never, and I do mean never, refer anyone to use DoodyCalls just based on the drama and lack of professionalism when it comes to dealing with the customer service, or lack there of. read more

We used them for about 18 months. While they did a solid job, their accounting and billing system is well below par. Should you do business with them, keep meticulous records and expect them to bill you out of nowhere for service rendered 9 to 10 months in the past. I for one lost patience with their never-ending billing issues - and terminated our relationship. read more

DoodyCalls is very consitent in when they show up and they do a great job cleaning up our yard.

I've seen other 1 star reviews come in for this service and I admit I'm surprised. I've never had an issue with billing and they do a great job. It's 88 dollars a month and we have 3 german shepherds over 100 lbs that they have to clean up after. The yard is always looks great afterward, not a single land mine is missed. It's possible they have either re-trained their billing staff or put someone else in charge of it because like I said, I've never had a problem. After seeing the reviews I went back through my bank account to make sure there wasn't an issue that I missed, and nope. Everything runs smooth. Made a online quote for a one-time service, got $60 quoted. The invoice that arrived after the work was $162. I have a backyard that is a bit over 1 acre, so i understand some deviation from the quote that just states more than 0.5 acres.
