They're so reliable and I've never had any problems. The technician also leaves a dog biscuit for my dog when they leave (they ask you if it's ok when you sign up). When they came back three days later they were unable to complete my visit and wanted to charge me extra. Their technician chose to leave instead of servicing my yard and that is why there was an "over abundance" of waste. The person I was speaking with told me they had to leave to finish my technician's route because he spent an additional 15 minutes at my house...again this was not my fault. Upon further inquiry it appears they had trouble accessing through our gate system for the HOA. The Company then said they should've been charging me $1.50 extra per week for a gated community upon review of their service not being provided. I then informed them to cancel my account as me contacting them about a lack of service resulting in their response of wanting to charge more is ridiculous given the amount of competition they have. My suggestion to anyone reading this is DO NOT USE this vendor as there are plenty of other service providers that wouldn't react this way and actually desire to retain customers.
