Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames. Jimmy and his team handled my many requests promptly, with kindness, patience and professionalism. I will be back with any and all of my glass needs and I will also be providing referrals. Our salesperson, Filomena, was fantastic with listening to our specific requirements as well as explaining every detailed step of the process to us. She was there at the beginning, mid-way, and completion of the install to be sure we were totally satisfied. Beyond that, she quickly returned our calls and/or texts when we had concerns during the process. Our installers, Kyle and Seth, were so diligent and careful during the removal of the existing patio and sliding doors as well as with the installation of the new Pella products. Our existing trim was removed carefully, our surrounding wallpaper was undamaged, and when we requested some special trim work at the bottom of the doors, Kyle's skill and workmanship became very obvious. Regarding the painting that was necessary around the new doors, Seth was meticulously neat and particular both on the exterior as well as the interior. These three individuals clearly have expertise in their domains and deserve acknowledgement and are a credit to Pella.

Door gets installed and it's hard to close, And I can see light on top corner and bottom corner. Poor install for a very expensive door. Pella is called and they send a tech they does a couple of adjustments and tells us , he doesn't have everything he needs, weeks go by we do not hear from Pella. Call them and they send someone else out. The guy spends an hour adjusting the door, says poor install. The door is now easier to close and I currently do not see light!! Fingers crossed that after 9 plus months from order to adjustments. Fingers crossed We won't have any more issues. This company does not communicate well. I do like my door, just unhappy with install & customer service.

Went to guidos with a very basic and straightforward job to cut some plexiglass for a project. I…read morebrought in a template that I offered to leave with them to ensure measurements were exact. I was told they didn't need the template and they took some measurements. I got a call a few days later to pick up. I got the material home to learn the sheets were cut short by about 1/4 of an inch. I called guidos to let them know and was told they followed the dimensions of the template. I brought the template back in to show them and as I attempted to show him what was off was told just leave the template and I'll cut it. Shortly after leaving I got a call from guidos asking me to come back in and that I gave him a different template than I brought in the first time. They basically accused me of trying to get something for nothing. I assured him it was in fact the only template I had and he continued to dispute that saying the original template had holes and the one I brought in didn't. I asked him to go check if to ensure there were no holes and surprise surprise there were holes as it was the same template. I went to pick up the new plastic and brought back the 2 of the 4 pieces that were incorrect as I had already brought him the other 2 when I returned the pieces with the incorrect dimensions. Apparently he forgot I returned the incorrect pieces the first time and said I cut 4 new pieces suggesting I was only dropping off 2. I will never go back to this company. Their mistake, blamed me and were rude in the process. Now the question is, are they correct. I will update when I get home and test.
