Paid a higher price thinking I would get a better product and better support. The roof was done quickly and seems to be a good product, but the support is absolutely terrible... Better off elsewhere...can't recommend them with such poor follow up. FOLLOW UP: After posting this review, they came out and saw the issue and said they would be back to fix it. A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again. As promised...follow up...the repairs seem decent and, after a struggle, they fulfilled their end of the deal, so i will give them 4 stars . Thank you for finally getting the job done.

Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames. Water in the basement hasn't happened in the last thirty years or so. KPM examined everything and suggested it was the way the gutter was put back on the roof after cleaning it of debris. (The actual gutter installers cleaned the gutters. Gee, won't be using them again. But I digress.) KPM came back a couple of days after they gave us an EXTREMELY REASONABLE price quote and performed the work. Sheer perfection. I never really noticed the gutters on the back deck were "off." It's comforting when you hire someone with excellent knowledge and skills as well as high standards. KPM is fully licensed and insured. We're going to tell our neighbors about them because these folks live in the neighborhood.

Our salesperson, Filomena, was fantastic with listening to our specific requirements as well as explaining every detailed step of the process to us. She was there at the beginning, mid-way, and completion of the install to be sure we were totally satisfied. Beyond that, she quickly returned our calls and/or texts when we had concerns during the process. Our installers, Kyle and Seth, were so diligent and careful during the removal of the existing patio and sliding doors as well as with the installation of the new Pella products. Our existing trim was removed carefully, our surrounding wallpaper was undamaged, and when we requested some special trim work at the bottom of the doors, Kyle's skill and workmanship became very obvious. Regarding the painting that was necessary around the new doors, Seth was meticulously neat and particular both on the exterior as well as the interior. These three individuals clearly have expertise in their domains and deserve acknowledgement and are a credit to Pella.

Pella is called and they send a tech they does a couple of adjustments and tells us , he doesn't have everything he needs, weeks go by we do not hear from Pella. Call them and they send someone else out. The guy spends an hour adjusting the door, says poor install. The door is now easier to close and I currently do not see light!! Fingers crossed that after 9 plus months from order to adjustments. Fingers crossed We won't have any more issues. This company does not communicate well. I do like my door, just unhappy with install & customer service.

I called again recently to get a new opener. I admit that I could have been better prepared with the door size etc but in a couple of minutes I was able to supply the info. I found that the woman who answered the phone was rude. I felt like I was interrupting her day so I politely said that I would get back to her and hung up. I called a competitor that one of my friends used and the woman answering the phone was very polite and answered all of my questions. She gave me a good price for major mfg plus install. I felt bad about the situation because I originally dealt with one of the owners. He was a senior gentleman who was great, so I planned to keep Parma as my door people, but if I can't get through the first call without feeling uncomfortable, I didn't think that I wanted to do business with Parma. I hope that the owner reads this review and corrects the attitude of his help. It's not easy to be in business in this area and a customer's first impression is important. I wish them well.

After a large micrburst storm touched down in our neighborhood in Attleboro and took our 12 trees around the house the wind got under the siding and lifted some of it from the house.
