The day the technician comes out at eight in the morning and we start cleaning our things out of the garage so he could have a pathway. He said he will be back in three hours after taking the old door down because he had another job to do and also was giving us time to finish up. Three hours went by and we started to get worried that he wasn't coming back to finish the job. My dad called Bartlett garage doors number multiple times and they didn't answer. We tried to go to the address and could not find it.. So my sister and I called and got in contact with one of the ladies from the office. She told us that his location at the job that he was doing and she would tell him that we're ready . He finally shows up around 6 o'clock and he said we needed to move a little bit more so he could get on the sides.. So we do that and as we're doing that he says he's going to get a bite to eat and he'll be back. Time passes by and I decided to call the place again even though they were going to close because we needed our door put up. The lady answers my phone call and I ask her if he's coming back and she laughs in my face and says he went home so I he said he was going to get a bite to eat and she was laughing again and said well maybe he decided to go and get a bite to eat and then go home. So now I go and give my dad the phone to talk to the lady and she kept insisting that it was our fault and that we were lying about the man saying that he was going to get a bite to eat, and he was going to come back to do the door. The customer service is very bad and they do not believe in discounts, even though this was their fault for leaving us without a door for our garage and we have valuables in our garage. Instead of trying to compensate you with a discount or anything the only other option is for them to come back in the morning. They do not believe that they're wrong in any situation instead they blame you, try to make you the bad person and try to gaslight you. All they want is money.
