Yesterday our garage door opener would not open for my wife while I was at a Drs Appt. Fortunately she did not have to leave immediately. When I got home I opened the door manually determining that the chain had fallen off of the spocket. Long story short I called Door Pros and was told there would be a technician there between 12-2:00. Matt called me and said he would be there at 12:30 which he was. He did his diagnosis and offered me two solutions. My opener was 16 years old so I chose to replace the whole unit. Now, I will get to why I am posting this review. Matt came to our house with his mask on and was very conscientious about social distance. Once we decided what to do he got to work and had everything installed and working within an hour. My husband emailed them on Thursday at 6:30am, they called him less than 2 hours later. They came out and tuned up our garage door the next day. It was tough to open and didn't open all the way and was so loud! After the tube up, it opens smoothly with no resistance, all the way, and is quiet. They were fast and professional. read more

Worst customer service after purchase. I have called this company 5x over past 3 weeks with repeated "we will call you back" responses. No call backs at all. I have now handed it off to my wife to deal with...amazing! Josh: 916-837-6392. Installer just replaced window and frame after months of no follow up from office. Frame doesn't match and color is wrong...Biggest issue is no return calls on weekly basis from front office woman. She has said she will call back at least 6x and never has. Door Pros is awesome! I have used them a few times, and kept meaning to write a review, but finally made myself do it. Garage door broke on Thursday afternoon, and they fixed it the next day, which was excellent. Justin was polite, showed me the issue and confirmed the price before any work was started. After replacing the springs, he even reset the little clock that was on the garage door opener, as it was still flashing 12:00 from the last time the power was out. He must have lubed it all up as well, as the door is much quieter when it opens and closes. Very satisfied, and it is great to know I have a company I can trust when I need them. Door Pros has it going on. I called to set an appointment yesterday and was able to put me on the schedule for early this morning. Excellent customer service from everyone I spoke to with the company. From the receptionist to the Miguel (the technician that came out). Miguel called me 30 mins prior to his arrival which was totally awesome. After he got here, he got down to business changing the torsion springs on my door. Outstanding experience with Door Pros today. I contacted the company through Yelp and got a prompt response. My garage broke over the weekend and they gave me an appointment first thing Monday morning. Off to a good start! I needed a new spring set up. Gabe, the technician who was sent out, also offered to put in a new motor while he was there. Spendy but I'm glad I did it. The new motor, which is right below the kids bedrooms, is drastically quieter than the previous motor. Whisper freakin quiet. And it has WiFi so I can open and close it with my phone. I called Door Pros in the morning to purchase, and have them install, a new LiftMaster garage door opener (Model WLED, DC Battery Backup Belt Drive LED Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener). They scheduled an appointment for that same afternoon at 1 PM. Their installer, Joe, called me to tell me he'd be there in 20 minutes, which he was, at the time the company had originally estimated just that morning. Joe was professional, clearly new what he was doing, laid out the new opener and all his tools in a very organized fashion, and got to work. He removed my existing opener, and installed the new one, all within about one hour, without any damages and with a perfect install. He then worked with me to sync up with the iPhone app, myQ, and he showed me how to navigate the app and the installed wall opener. He made sure I was happy with everything. I was! Then, I asked Joe about installing new wheels on the door, a service I hadn't first asked for. Within 20 minutes, he also installed new wheels. The door is now SO quiet! I recommend you call Door Pros for your garage door needs, and hopefully you'll get lucky and have Joe be your installer. He's a true professional. read more

Next week they install the new doors, but we didn't want to wait that long to install the mechanical units, since one of the old units was broke and therefore couldn't open the door. Our garage door broke, so we contacted Door Pros for an estimate. We had a few other companies out to assess what could be potentially wrong. They were all the same price, but Door Pros offered the most information and explained things in a way that made sense! They were immediately available and very quick. Professional, on-time, careful, considerate, reasonably priced, and know their stuff when it comes to repair or replacement of automatic garage door openers, springs, and the system in general. Dwight came out to solve the issue and knocked it out of the park. He had to utilize his senses (ears) in order to pin-point the issue and pretty much immediately found the issues. He was complete in just under an hour in fixing both garage door issues. These guys are consummate PRO's (their name is not just lip service). Just had my new garage doors installed I absolutely love them The installers did a fantastic job Also had a new garage door opener installed for single door side but had a snag. It was too close to my attic opening and I couldn't open the drop down door They had to replace the opener with a opener that sits on the side attached to the roller bar.. It was $250 more but well worth it.. Of course they didn't have one with them but their company brought one out to the house so it could be installed the same day. After the installation of the new side mounted opener I decided to have a side mounted opener for the double door too. they are coming out tomorrow to place the new opener :) Did I mention that the opener is really quite and wifi accessible. We didn't get any other quotes and hoped we would get lucky and boy did we. Justin called prior to showing up (which is huge for me), and he quickly figured out what was wrong and gave us a quote. We decided to just go with them without getting any other quotes. Justin was extremely responsive and if he couldn't call back he texted me. Joe did our install and was great. He called a 1/2 hour prior to showing up and arrived during the scheduled window, and Justin texted me as well letting me know Joe was on his way.
