My Garage door was shrieking every time it was opened or closed. I had a screw drive type opener that was manufactured in 2003, and agreed it was time for an upgrade. How awesome was that?! Javier and another guy worked on my garage doors - doing a tune-up on them (lubricated the hinges and springs and even adjusted the belt drives, and lined up the sensors - which was why one of my doors wasn't closing consistently). All of that in 15 minutes and for such a GREAT PRICE!! Now my garage doors aren't making those squeaky loud rolling noises anymore. Even better, they are family owned and operated and licensed. They also left without telling me, with the garage doors open and unsecured. They seemed incompetent throughout the process, even having to borrow my screwdrivers because they didn't have their own tools. To make matters worse, they told my property manager that the opener was "broken and not fixable," trying to scam us into buying a full replacement. There was nothing wrong with it before they came, and my two teenage sons were able to repair the damage they caused in about an hour. Their employees are not only negligent and unskilled, but they are also dishonest. I would not recommend them.
