To keep it short and readable, no notes! Service, communication etc., was stellar. Prices were (based on my research) entirely fair and reasonable--pretty much exactly as expected even after electing to upgrade to dual-spring setup based on Wes' advice (I'm a big believer in over-engineering--it wasn't a hard sell :-) ). Speaking of Wes... Outstanding representative. Explanations were clear, logical and free from pressure. I'm in a business where I frequently have to fix and diagnose gear. There's nothing like watching competence in action--it's a joy to behold. Genuinely enjoyed his visit and watching him put his skill to work. Noticed a couple hours later opening and closing the door that the number of random creaks and rattles (not terrible to begin with) had been dramatically reduced.
