I was referred to Wayne( McCrary's Plumbing) from a neighbor on Nextdoor. Within 8 hours, Wayne came to look at our house that needed to be re-piped. He actually fixed a blocker drain on. Saturday morning for free *a week before having the re-pipe done). I had three other plumbers to our house all ranging from $1,000-$3,000 more in price. Plus, they were saying they would have to cut up the shower tile and make holes in our bathroom walls. Wayne was $3,000 less expensive with very minimal cutouts for the re-pipe thereby saving thousands more to re-patch. All new pipes and our water pressure and hot water are working great! Don't listen to the bad reviews. Oh. And he fixed the clog for free while he was experiencing tremendous pain from Kidney stones. Thank GOD for Wayne and his team member Thomas.

He returned near the end of the installation to move some electrical outlets and to hook up the new plumbing fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. He also installed the new garbage disposal. All appeared to be fine and good. Over time, stains and etching appeared. The drain stoppers in the bathroom sinks stopped functioning. When we contacted the company, they denied any responsibility,blaming us for not sealing the granite. They also denied doing any plumbing or electrical work. Yesterday we had a gentleman inspect our countertops before doing a restoration. His first comment was these were NOT granite but a more porous stone in the limestone family! So here we are. An inferior product susceptible to everything normal in a kitchen or bathroom. A large purchase that is inferior to what we replace. A company that refuses to stand by their product and services.
