I have had decent experience in the past but today I experienced the worst service. The technician didn't ask me what type of pedicure I wanted. I said regular with 10 minutes extra massage when the manager asked me after I stated I was never asked by the technician. The technician didn't give me my entire ten minutes extra I paid for. I had to ask her three times not to use the heated stones. I did not want heated stones during the extra ten minute massage that I was paying for. The manager had to tell the technician to stop after I asked the technician to stop for the third time. The manager didn't seem to care that her technician was not able to complete the job . I am happy to pay for services I recieved, and I also feel that there are salons in Houston with better customer service. Amy did a horrible job on my nails. I came in and showed her an example of what I wanted. When she started doing my nails I realized she was not making sure the fake nails will fit properly on my natural nails. I realized she did not know what she was doing. I asked for coffin and she did some square and some round. Amy did not bother to fill in my nails on the sides or to fix up my shape. She was very rough with my nails to the point she cut my thumb twice. After being their from 2:30 to 7:00pm I was hoping to get something better than what I ended up with. I was charged $82 for an awful set that was not what I asked for. I ended up taking the nails off and going elsewhere I will not be coming back and I don't recommend this place at all. read more

I received a coupon on my car and figure I'd give them a try even though I already have a favorite nail salon (worst decision) but hey who doesn't like a good special. I got the pedicure and a matching acrylic full set. The shape could've been better but that's not my main issue. Upon getting my bill, I saw that it was a lot higher than what it was supposed to be and previously discussed when I verified pricing when scheduling my appointment! The coupon is not $10 for a $30 service as it is written on the card, the manager said it is $10 off a $30 or more service. If you look at their website under coupon, there is a big difference between how it is written from there previous special. But OK no problem, however even with the $10 my bill was still higher than it was supposed to be. If you look at the website the cost is $30 after I brought this to her attention, the MANAGER said "An acrylic full set does not include a false nail, the pricing is only for acrylic on the real nail so the extra charge is for the false nail"..... the lies and unprofessionalism! Even the surrounding nail technicians were shocked by what the manager said. She overcharged me and tried to cover it up I do not mind paying a higher price for nails but your skill, customer service and quality needs to be top notch. This place isn't, and I have to get my nails fixed at my regular place before my trip. read more

LOVED my mani/pedi today at Radiance Nail Lounge, it doesn't hurt that the salon is Gorgeous!! It's spacious and well laid out, not cramped, cluttered or over crowded. They do mani/pedis, massages, facials, and waxing, and more; they offer complimentary beverages; and they have enough space and chairs to handle large groups/parties! I did not enjoy my pedicure experience today. The spa was host to a little girl's birthday party and there were more than 20 girls there for pedicures. I don't understand why the manager did not reserve the whole site for the party, but instead there were two or three of us ladies there hoping for a pleasant spa experience. I tried to be understanding, but it was very distracting. The girls were very well behaved and are not to blame. The owner/manager should definitely not have overbooked at the expense of her client's comfort. My pedicure was okay and the tech that was with me was very gentle and accommodating. I don't think that I will go back there again, however. Since it could be a party - zone again. read more

Nice nail lounge tucked back in the corner of a strip center. Very very clean inside. All new files and items from unopened bags and metal tools from unopened autoclave bags. Very happy with the service. Mai did a beautiful job on my shellac French manicure and was very careful about making the nail perfect. Very good strong massage. I like the location and setting. Most of the staff is nice and friendly except for Kelly. She is rushed each time when she cut my cuticles and she has made me bleed twice. The only reason I kept going back is because the location is just too convenient. I had to bring my own tools after the last incident getting cut to make sure I don't contract any contagious disease from another injury, but when i remind her to be gentle and not to cut me, she recommended that I should make a reservation and not to use her again because she can be too fast and cut people "by accident" sometimes.... not apologizing at all! I think i am going to find a new salon. read more

Me and my friend went there as a second resort we each got the same nail lady who would interchange between us making our appointment two hours long. The interior was nice but the service wasn't. Both of our nails had spots missing on them which weren't filled in. They had a lot of workers who weren't busy and one of them was next to us with her shoes off. Did not do a good job at all. I've been to this place a couple times as they're very near my house. I called before arriving to see what they charged for acrylic fills since I hadn't been there in a while. They said $25. They charged me an extra $5 for "reshaping" my nails during an acrylic refill. I walked in with coffin nails and I expected to walk out with filled coffin nails. They said that if you trim your nails down and want them filed, there's an extra charge for that. The problem is that I wouldn't even mind paying extra for coffin nails, but that's not what I got. She did a bad job and when I showed her what coffin looked like (thinking maybe she didn't understand what I wanted) she said she couldn't do that for whatever reason. So I said fine I'll just do it at home. She also didn't smooth my nails out very well. The acrylic was too thick on one side of my nails and when I asked her to make them even, she made up some excuse about why they needed to be thick there. So basically what happened was I paid full price and left with unpolished nails, in some random shape, with uneven acrylic and acrylic that wasn't even applied in some areas (sides). I've given this place a few chances, but I won't be going back ever again. They aren't interested in giving people what they pay for. Terrible service. read more
