Everyone was lovely. Mellow music played in the waiting room while a welcome message appeared on a monitor. When it was our turn, we were led to another room for our photo shoot. The dogs were given time to sniff around before we began. Our photographer was professional and patient. When we were done, we went to another room where we were shown a slideshow of the photos, and from there I was able to narrow it down to my favorites. The employee helping me gave me an overview of packages and prices, but I never felt pressured to upgrade. Ultimately, I am on a budget so I chose my one photo for my free print and that was that. I definitely recommend them for your photography needs.
