They have two sides and one side is for anyone planning an event. when you walk over there's a front desk man sitting there waiting on you and OMG he is the sweetest! he offered me coffee in a huuuuge coffee cup and we talked about weddings and our obsession with caffeine. You can't help but checkout all the decor around the place it just makes the whole experience surreal. The two event coordinators were great too!!! I didn't need much so it didn't last too long but all in all i told them my colors and the flowers i wanted and they went from there after they saw my gown. I would definitely suggest them to anyone else. So far my experience has been wonderful and I hope my bouquet and crown are just as great on my big day!

After a great conversation and discussion of Valentines for Mom and Mom in law I settled on The Kyndall (deluxe) and A Mothers Love (deluxe). I scheduled pick up for Tuesday. I was greeted promptly even though there were a few people in store and I was acknowledged as the two people in front of me were taken care of. I met the real Kyndall that the flowers were named and after the care instructions were explained she helped me to my car. The care taken from order to assembly to final sale was very evident. I was a little frantic at first being that our wedding is the first weekend in September - but Carolyn and the staff were so receptive and helpful throughout the entire wait. They called me as soon as we were able to reschedule (unlike other places that I had to call several times), and they truly made me a priority! Although my family couldn't visit from out of town as planned due to the virus, I was still able to make the most of our search, plus the options Carolyn had set for me were perfect! I said "yes to the dress" on Saturday, and it would not have happened without the ladies at Maggie Louise! I asked for material type and he asked what color and I responded white. He proceeded to the warehouse and I was going to follow and he said you can't come in the warehouse and I'm like ok (the other places allowed me to visit in the warehouse) fine. He came back with different material of sashes I was liking the organza and when I asked for the price the phone rang and he stopped talking to me and took the phone call and never returned to me. I waited for a lil bit and finally asked the lady and when she responded he finally decided to tell whoever he was on the call with to hold on. So I walked out not getting my business!!!! But part party connection got right on it and brought us the right size plates (late in the afternoon, too!) But they never complained about it and were eager to help us out! I expected that the dresses were likely outside my budget but thinking I would see fashionable styles to keep in mind as I spent the day looking for "The Dress". My experience, however, was so incredibly wonderful!!! Amy immediately welcomed me and was so kind that I relaxed. She was so easy to talk to, understood my dress preferences, and showed me several beautiful gowns.
