On the appointed day, Rusty showed up on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. Within about 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem and went to work making the sensor adjustments and resetting a keypad I'd asked him to. His service charge fee was very reasonable. Trey was my Technician and I am going to say he is one of the nicest people I have met. Trey took the time to explain what was going on and what it would take to fix my issue. We started off going in phases, if it was only the hardware that needed replacing then we would not have to have a new motor. It turned out the hardware was not enough to take care of how loud and creaky it sounded, so we chose a motor and Trey went to work on installing it.
