If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Eating here is an absolute must. The owners are incredibly kind and I really enjoyed talking with them. I forgot to take photos because I drove right in the food because it was soooo good. We got the Mysore Masala Dosa and it was perfect. All their food is packed with so much flavor. We also got the Ladoos for dessert. My only regret is not getting more! I love this place. 10/10 recommend!

Where do I start? Me and my wife were amazed to find out a south Indian food truck when we actually stopped for a rest stop at the Grafton Village center. The owner was very friendly and we had a very great chat about the different Dosas and his journey about how he started this truck. While I love Grafton cheese, I cannot fathom the idea of adding it to Dosa. So, we stuck to the traditional Masala dosas. And the best part about the meal is we found a new vegetable called Fiddlehead Fern. The chef made an amazing avial (boiled vegetables in a curry) out of it. Sitting by the river and among the drizzling rain, it turned out to be the best meal of our trip.

Stopped at the Grafton Village Cheese Co. and noticed this food truck off to the side. Had their masala dosa - it was fabulous. Highly recommend!

This is my most favorite dosa place in New England. They serve unique styled dosas like spinach-cheese, kimchi dosa. Aroma of pure ghee makes the dosas really delicious. Outdoor seating arrangement with breathtaking view of mountain and lake with great food surely will make you happy. Do not forget to order a tiny cocoa fudge at the end of meal.

Never heard of this place and didn't know what kind of food it is but decided to give it a go. The couple running it were nice, we ordered our food and sat down and waited at the picnic table until our name was called. Wasn't bad but not my cup of tea.

We arrived very close to closing time, and usually that's when you don't expect the best food or service. However, the staff were incredibly prompt, courteous, and genuinely warm throughout our visit. We ordered the saag paneer, dal makhani, and garlic naan, and everything arrived hot with perfectly balanced flavors and spice levels -- exactly what we needed on a cold, rainy night. The food was exceptional, and we made sure to thank the chef personally. The prices were very reasonable, the restaurant had beautiful music playing, the tables and linens were spotless, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. To top it all off, they surprised us with dessert on the house. The entire experience was heartfelt and memorable. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding hospitality.

The descriptions and spice level were super helpful. I think the restaurant tried too hard to appeal to American taste buds that many of the items seemed bland. Don't get me wrong, I like mild but there was little taste. Complimentary naan was warm and fluffy.

To my great surprise, Royal Spice, at least the evening I was there, is squarely in the outstanding category. I stopped in on a whim, on my way back (the long way) from Keene one late afternoon. Since it was just me, I only sampled one dish, the Chettinad chicken, and garlic cilantro naan. The flavor profile is from Southern India, specifically the Tamil Nadu region. This area has a rich cuisine centered around coconut and tamarind and a unique assortment of spices (being from the hottest area of India, the spices can be eye-watering, but here they ask you for your tolerance). The Chettinad had a wonderfully unique flavor profile, absolutely delicious. Even the naan was perfect: fluffy and crispy at the same time, loaded with fresh garlic and cilantro. I need to return with a large party to sample more.

I've read other reviews that mentioned poor lighting, it seemed more than adequate to me even though it was during a sunny day. I grabbed a plate a got to it. I'd like to mention I really don't know anything about Indian food whatsoever, but I do know what tastes good and what is well made. I sampled everything offered on the buffet line at least once, some items several times. My favorite items were the Tandoori chicken, Veggie Pakora, Chicken Tikka Masala, as well as the Lamb Keema Matar and of course the Butter Naan. They offered Kheer Badam a sort of runny pudding for dessert, which was a lighter perfect choice and tasty for the end of my meal! Overall, the food was delicious and enjoyable. The Veggie Chana Masala and the Veggie Curry trays were cold, I'm not 100% sure but I'm thinking those two choices should have been warm. I ate them anyway however! The service was adequate, initially but later I was never asked for a refill of my soda, or water with two empty glasses sitting for some time in front of me. As well as having to ask for extra napkins.........which you'll definitely want to have! Paying your check was an interesting electronic payment experience. No paper bill at all, but a card reader is brought to your table and you pay and tip right there. Interestingly convenient I guess. Pintu's was definitely worth a visit and a great way to try numerous different kinds of Indian cuisine if you're not familiar. The bottom line is I left full and happy I stopped by. Mission accomplished!
