The manger told me they'd replace the tire free of charge. I ask if they would waive the labor for the tpms, she ask her manager, and it was a go. Accidents happen. The dealer offered to pick me up at the airport if needed and went out of the way to make sure the transaction would be smooth. We opted for renting a one way car and make a weekend out of it. Upon arrival at 7pm, the dealership was packed. You would have thought they were giving away cars. They were well stocked with cars vs other dealers. My car was fueled up and ready to go. We completed the paperwork with Darrius and built a good friendship in the process. Darrius offered advice on where to eat and stay while in town. He even took care of a small license plate. Overall a good experience, and customer service was perfect.
