The manger told me they'd replace the tire free of charge. I ask if they would waive the labor for the tpms, she ask her manager, and it was a go. Accidents happen. And even though it cost me a couple more hrs of waiting, it was entirely worth it.

You may have to wait as it can be a popular place during peak times like the weekends. Appointments are available. I was even late for mine this morning, but they were able to fit me in without a long wait. I've been doing business with these guys for years. I never have a concern about the quality of the work, But if I did, I can speak to the manager, Bill, to get it resolved. The waiting area at the quick lube has free Wi-Fi & TV. As a bonus, there is a nice café called The Rock which is just two doors down. You can grab a bite to eat and they will call you when your car is ready!

I worked with the dealership virtually and after multiple exchanges, decided on making the purchase. My next challenge??, the 400 mile trip...do I fly or drive? The dealer offered to pick me up at the airport if needed and went out of the way to make sure the transaction would be smooth. We opted for renting a one way car and make a weekend out of it. Upon arrival at 7pm, the dealership was packed. You would have thought they were giving away cars. They were well stocked with cars vs other dealers. My car was fueled up and ready to go. We completed the paperwork with Darrius and built a good friendship in the process. Darrius offered advice on where to eat and stay while in town. He even took care of a small license plate. Overall a good experience, and customer service was perfect.
