There was one to the left of me that was empty and a lady sitting at the one of the right to me. I didn't turn the machine up. I left it where it was at as a patron. I would think it would be my responsibility either to play as loud as I want because there is a up and down button and if somebody came and said hey turn it down please if you could it hurts my ears. You know I usually do that but this time because there's been many times at this address the woman to the right stood up and tried, and the reason why I put the date in here so the owner of this company can look and see what the lady tried to do. She tried to turn down the machine, touching a machine that basically I'm in control of it's my money inside the machine or it's the place money in the machine, cause the money went inside the Machine but besides that 51 years old, I would never ever try to touch somebody's slot machine while they're playing so I continue to play and with the stern voice the lady said do you know who I am and I said how would I know who you are? She said I am the manager of this place and I am gonna call the police on you threaten to call the police because a slot machine is loud. She stated she wasn't calling the police on me or wait a minute she was calling the police on me because a slot machine is louder than it should be. I don't drink I don't smoke. I don't do drugs every once in a while I'll come in put a couple hundred in the machine if I win I win if I lose, I lose that's about it. Usually, the people that worked there are very nice but at this address this is the second time not because patron don't like the sound but because employees don't like how loud the machine is I'm not knocking the business because I'm a business owner myself, and sometimes the owners of the business did not know what is going on here you go being threatened for the police to be called on me because I asked her not to touch the slot machine while I'm playing in it but really I was being called the police on because of how loud the slot machine is that is ridiculous on everything how could you call the police and viable resources because you don't like how loud a slot machine is and her last words were all. I'm really good friends with the owner. I will never lose my job once again. I don't want anybody fired. We're in elk Grove Village. Everybody knows you see what happened with the $10.5 million lawsuit that they just lost what could've happened to me that day. I don't know it could've been, sir. can you just please leave and I would've gone my way and that's it but obviously this is a good business owner because she owns this business and for her employee to act that way is very disrespectful to customers very disrespectful to me and I say customers because you know the place lost my business. You know I don't go through elk Grove that much but when I do, I do stop at this exact place but just sit back and think having the police called on you because a slot machine is loud not the person sitting there, but because the slot machine is loud and then being told, I'm gonna be banned from there very disappointing and I hope Brittany looks at the camera footage and sees that nobody came and asked me to turn it down, which was never turned up in the first place. It was at the middle when I started playing.

Update: Stayed at Hyatt Place Itasca with my wife for three…read morenights in early March '26. Booked directly through the Hyatt site, using a prepay non-refundable rate, costing about $100 per night. Some additional things of note from previous stay: + large room with double beds, and a sleeper sofa. + the hotel wasn't full, so rooms were available for early check-in. However, it was clearly marked that early check-in might cost an additional charge, depending on your World of Hyatt Tier. A non member would be charged $50 extra for 09:00 to 13:00 check-in, all the way to no charge if Globalist. I'm noticing this at Hyatt's now. + got a chance to use their breakfast on two of the mornings. It had the two hot dishes (an egg dish and a meat dish), along with assortment of continental breakfast items. One thing I really liked was the make-your-own-waffle machines (two of them). The premixed matter is quite good, and the machine is setup so the waffle are not too dense. + they rolled out a service to make the TV in the room be Google Cast eligible. Any app on your mobile device that has 'cast' enabled, can now send it to the TV. Netflix, Disney, and HBO-Go all worked well. The list of TV channels was good as well, with plenty of basic cable channels. It was also good to hear the local news, though we didn't recognize any familiar faces on the broadcasts. It's been a long time since we lived here. + daily housekeeping is available, but if you don't need it, it can be lowered to a basic refresh on every other day. + I made a mistake and left my backpack in the parking lot while we were leaving. The early morning attendant on duty, did some due diligence to figure out who it belonged to, and then gave me a call on my cell before we had gotten too far. This could have turned into a disaster for me, but everyone involved was very helpful and not judgy. It was really appreciated.

We had never been to this format before, so it was interesting to see and feel that experience. Screen X was okay...the side projectors are in a lower quality, and it really just brightens up the entire theater, to the point that at times it can be distracting. Another thing I thought was cool, was their "trailer room". It's a theater dedicated to movie promos, trailers, other fun sneak peeks. It's free and available to anyone, so you can visit before and/or after your film. Overall a fun experience, and would definitely come back!

Whereas this Bensenville metra station was $16 each for any time slot or day. This was our first Polar Express and didn't know what to expect; suggested time was to arrive 15 mins prior to boarding time and we arrived 30 mins. Upon entry to the station, we were greeted by teenage volunteers dressed as elves and listened to Christmas music. I was disappointed that we arrived early and ended up with obstructed seats on the upper level in the metra which was the worst view for the "performance". I ended up sharing a seat with my 4 year old so that all 3 of us could seat together. It was very claustrophobic, yet I made it a positive experience for my daughter. She enjoyed the Polar Express storytelling, the Christmas theme balloon twisting, and milk carton with small cookie. We took plenty of pictures with the conductor and santa claus. I had to discreetly request one of the elves for a Christmas bell and candycane because my daughter was accidentally missed handed to one during the ride. Food isn't served or for putchase at this event; we were fortunate to have heavily eaten prior to boarding & brought snacks and drinks for the ride. There was either a goody bag for my daughter or there wasn't any available. It's our 1st time and can't compare anything to it and have different expectations for this experience. Thus, 3 stars.
