Our business with Jettin' Johnny started out well - but quickly declined. We hired him to jet the…read morekitchen pipes on a home we were renting out, after the tenant informed us the sink was draining slowly. Johnny's quote was fair and he did the work.  Six weeks later, our tenant said the problem had resurfaced. Initially, Johnny was willing to return to the property. But what followed was a series of no-shows and postponements that he attributed to travel and equipment issues. Then, he said that his warranty was only for seven days. This was never communicated - verbally or in writing - before this point. Next, he said he would need an additional fee to return. Finally, he implied that the relapse was the tenant's fault. After nearly two weeks of back and forth, we hired a different company.  The new contractor was wonderful and successfully resolved the blockage. He even used a camera to confirm that the job was done thoroughly. He also told us that the color of the residue indicated its age and that it could not possibly have occurred in the six weeks between services. He surmised that Jettin' Johnny only 'poked a hole' though the blockage. And that hole quickly closed back up.  I've provided pictures of what the new contractor cleared out of the pipes AFTER Jettin' Johnny's visit. Not only did Johnny offer a substandard service, he chose avoidance and client-blaming, over professionalism and resolution.
