After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. However, my wife refuses to admit defeat to any purchase, so we started to look for someone who could help us, which led to a trip over to Kent. Ward works out of his home workshop, which is a converted garage. We showed up with the rug and he welcomed us in. One of the nice things about visiting someone working out of their home is seeing the tools of the trade. It was interesting watching Ward split and reassemble the rug, like a live episode of How It's Made. Ward was very friendly and courteous. An hour later, our rug was resized and ready to go, with an additional kitchen mat made from the excess rug to boot. Ward's work is exceptional and worth every penny.
