My husband and I order online from here pretty regularly. Best delivery pizza I've had. I like to order chicken wings too- my favorite are the mango habanero and garlic Parmesan. My only complaint is that is that the pizza is a bit pricey in my opinion. That being said, you'd probably spend the same at Pizza Hut, and this is way better quality. read more

Customer service could definitely be improved. Professionalism for phone orders is hard to come by with the employees at this location. Employees seem to be unaware of the specials they offer and are very hard of hearing. Maybe the phone systems need to be upgraded, I'm not sure. Either way, placing phone orders can sometimes be frustrating due to the amount of times I have to repeat myself and explain the specials to the employees. Something I shouldn't have to do. There seems to be a language barrier at times with some employees which makes things even more difficult as well. I tried ordering on their app to make things easier on myself, but it does not list the specials and some of the prices are different. So the app isn't worth using. Food quality is average at best. Pizza's are okay but other items like salads don't seem to be put together with any respect for the customer. Brown pieces of lettuce and nearly empty containers of dressing are common. Delivery drivers lack professionalism and care when delivering pizzas. On one occasion, our pizzas where smashed in their boxes, however, the driver still handed them over to us. We had to ask for new ones. Which took another hour to make. Resulting in a two and half hour wait for our food. I think if you're going to work here, you need to be properly trained, know the menu and specials and above all prepare and deliver food as you would expect for yourself. Have some pride in your job, its not just a paycheck. I'll still be a customer. But probably not as frequent as their are better choices out there. read more

Not bad good deals my only problem was ordering online told me 40 minutes so I waited 30 and I felt like that was a little to long for the time of day but when I got my pizza it was obviously sitting for a while it was still good though I like my pizza to be burning hot so it was kinda my fault and the online ordering was at fault for being off since the place seemed very slow read more

I was here awhile ago and I was quite disappointed, they told me my phone order will be ready in 10 minute it wasnt ready until 20, after I brought it home the pizza it could of been cooked longer, it was a bit raw dough and had a jalapeno that my wife ate and wasnt too happy about it, when we ordered all pineapple. read more

Terrible. Two hours after I ordered I called grub hub. They said to call the restaurant. They hung up on me twice. When I finally got through to someone they said 10 more minutes. Twenty minutes later I went out and got something else. This was the first time that I'd ever used grub hub. Epic fail!! Don't patronize these clowns! You'll be sorry. read more

I absolutely love this oizza love how it doesn't come over sucked so that when you bite into it you taste the fresh doughy warm crust and fresh mozzarella! Pretty good $4.99 for a large one topping pizza, my family ate this entire pizza. It was soft and didn't taste like crap, it was really good. Little Cesar's is just plain gross now, I found my new spot. The employees are very nice as well. I recommend using cash, they charge 50 cents for debit and credit card purchases. read more

I used to swear by this pizza place but after last night I will never go back. I ordered a pizza, wings and soda through their online service....not grubhub or any app. I have done this probably 10 times and never had a problem. When the pizza was about 30 minutes late I called them and they said it was still on its way. When it was an hour late I called again and they said it was still coming. When it was 2 hours late I called and the told me that I needed to contact the app service I ordered from. I told them I ordered directly from them. The girl on the phone seemed confused. Then finally said that the machine that prints the orders hadn't been working. They never apologized and did not seem concerned about refunding me. My card had already been charged. The day after my card showed a pending reimbursement but it was not even for the full amount!!! The girl on the phone should've actually checked that my order was on its way instead of leaving me on the hook for 2 hours and then acting like it was no big deal. read more
