Not only were they the lowest bid out of three we looked at but I was impressed with their professionalism the minute I met them. They also have a network of equally capable people that do specialized work, as we had the very nice and perfectionist Marcus remove our wallpaper on a 25 year old house, and Joe came in to help paint the baseboards and trim so they could finish faster. Robert was spot on on his bid and time to do the job. We added additional work that gave it one more day on the job. I also would like to add how flexible they were, always available to you for any concern, and it was addressed politely and timely. What other positive things can I say? When we had hail damage, two years later, one of the…read morecontractors from another company inspected our roof and said that ours was one of the few elastomeric roofs he had seen that were done correctly. This made me feel great about A Plus exteriors. We needed our skylights replaced and a couple of holes patched in the roof coating after the hailstorm. We called A Plus to have this work done. They replaced two skylights. The one in the master bath leaked the first time it rained. They returned and did something to the seal. Then it dripped water from condensation when the outside temps dropped. They had replaced our skylights with single pane fixtures and tried to tell us that that is what we had before. We've lived here 10 years and never had dripping from condensation. The 2nd skylight had a leaf sticking through the seal to the inside of the house. Perhaps they were overwhelmed with work from the hail storms and hired extra workers but...it was Darrell who told us we had single pane skylights before. He also said he would have to order double pane and that it would take a couple of weeks to get them. In fact, they were installed the same day. We need our house painted but probably won't use them again.

Also, I'd like to point out that your husband Mike's complete and utter lack of professionalism whilst doing the quote. To elaborate he constantly hit on my fiancée in front of our 14 year old son. This was also the third time we had a quote done because this company could never seem to get the scheduling correct. However, Mike had no problem finding the house when he knew my fiancée was there. Part of being a business owner is owning when you are in the wrong. In no way shape or form were we trying to get a free cleaning, as a matter of fact we offered for you all to come over and see the terrible job so we could pay you what you thought it was worth, but you refused to come to the house to evaluate that. I think the most upsetting part was that I didn't get a call or message apologizing the first time I addressed my concern. The second time they cleaned I never got a message or call telling me they had finished or asking if I was satisfied with the final result. The only communication I received from them was an invoice to pay. I really believe that good customer service goes a long way in this day and age. I would have been more impressed that they called and cared. I would have been able to put aside the cleaning job itself if I would receive a phone call or message. It's a shame because I would have used them for a cleaning service on our short term rental home. But they lost my business. Not just on the bad cleaning job(twice,) but mostly on bad customer service.
