We come here fairly regularly, always getting a large Meateater and a couple beers. Always tasty. Friendly service. Its a pizza place! Nothing fancy but solid pizza you can depend yo br good at a fair price. We love it. Now, I admit we always get the meat eaters and thats amazing. Can't speak to other offerings. It super casual and easy. No fuss. No muss.

Quick bite on our way home from San Antonio and it was just alright. Service is good. More so the person filling the salad bar. She was full of smiles and informed me of what she was still bringing back out so that I didn't finish my plate yet which was nice since I got the 1 plate salad option. The 1 plate was $4.99 versus all you can eat was $9.99. I packed on enough on my plate and it was plenty. The pizzas were crispy on the bottoms but they're just missing some flavor. I sprinkled salt, cheese and peppers and it helped. Plenty of seats and even has patio seating. Pretty casual kickback spot. They have 2 arcade games tucked away way in the back near the bathrooms that you'd miss if you never sit near there or go to the restroom.

It's Double Dave's but in Bastrop. Same as the ones in Austin. Employees were NOT playing grab-a$$ as mentioned in other older reviews. The place was moderately busy, but service and food was great, on time, fresh. They also had 10 or so different beers on tap.

Their attempt at a BBQ chicken pizza

Terrible customer service experience!!!! A mistake was made with their online ordering app which could have been easily remedied by the staff. Rather than offer to remake the order, offer a refund/ discount, or attempt to help in anyway. Their solution? Pay for an additional pizza as well as the incorrectly made pizza. A soggy pizza with BBQ sauce and red onions only? What the actual F#%*?!?! Don't waste your time with this place!!

    My daughter loves the crust.

Pizza was fresh and hot. My daughter loved the crust. There is an outdoor patio which is nice.

Called to place an order for pick up at 8:33. Was told the ovens were off and they were closed. ...then she confirmed that they closed at 9:00, said "ok" and hung up. I tried ordering online. Not accepting orders, but not yet closed.

Dave's Fave Pizza is a 5/10 nothing special, marinara-less (yes it's supposed to be but still) flavor- ish pizza.

In actuality it's a three but it's Double D's and as an old ag I'm forbidden to rate the Stromboli and pepperoni rolls below 5 stars.

Pizza and pepperoni rolls are great, review rating is low due to delivery taking 2 hours. Suggest you go to business to eat or pick it up.

Great pizza. I like the hand tossed crust. The cheesestks are yummy but the apple dessert was the best.

Pretty much what I expect from a chain pizza buffet restaurant. It gets the job done. Good beer selection and the salad buffet is why I go.

TLDR: Good pizza at reasonable prices but the wait time is unreasonably long…read more Pretty solid pizza here. Fully customizable. I built my own white pizza with garlic butter herb sauce, fresh mozz, mushrooms, and Italian sausage. It was pretty tasty. I was STARVING so maybe that amplified the flavor. This brings me to my next point... Pizza takes FOREVER. I clocked it and it was a full hour from the moment we ordered. This was particularly unpleasant because I was waiting in the car with my two bored and hungry toddlers. If you have kids, you get it. Not ideal. By the way, we tried to call ahead and no one picked up the phone (we tried a couple times). I should also add that the prices are very reasonable here. The kids menu pizzas are very cheap and more than enough food to fill them up.

Who knew Bastrop, Texas, would have some of the best pizza and pasta I've had in a long time?…read more I'm in town for a six-week work assignment and decided to try Bastiano's for takeout. All I can say is wow. I ordered the creamy garlic pasta with chicken, spinach, bacon, and onions, along with a supreme pizza, and both were outstanding. The pasta was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor without being overly heavy. The chicken was tender, the bacon added the perfect savory bite, and the spinach and onions balanced everything beautifully. Then there was the pizza. This wasn't one of those pizzas where you have to hunt for toppings. Every slice was loaded with pepperoni, ham, sausage, olives, mushrooms, and vegetables. The crust had a great texture, the cheese was perfectly melted, and every bite was packed with flavor. One of the best parts is the value. The portions were generous enough that this takeout order will easily feed me for several days, which makes the quality even more impressive. As someone who wasn't expecting to discover amazing Italian food in Bastrop, Bastiano's was a pleasant surprise. If you're local or just passing through town, do yourself a favor and give them a try. I'll definitely be ordering again before my assignment is over.

Ere's is also one of the few restaurants open in La Grange at 8 p.m. on a Saturday night, making it a convenient option after a full day of activities. The garlic knots were fresh, warm, and delicious, although I was expecting a stronger garlic flavor. Don't forget to order the marinara sauce or garlic oil for dipping! The Caprese salad was fresh and refreshing, and the grilled chicken was simple, well-cooked, and satisfying. Overall, Ere's was a dependable choice for takeout. The food traveled well, and it was a convenient option for a late dinner when many other restaurants had already closed.

Everything was favorful, and cooked just right. I loved being able to try different pastas and sauces in one meal. The portions were generous, and I definitely left full and happy. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, and the atmosphere had that comfortable, authentic Italian feel that makes you want to sit back and enjoy your meal rather than rush through it. As someone just passing through town, this was one of those places I'd happily make a return trip for. If you're visiting or local and love good Italian food, the pasta combo is absolutely worth ordering. It felt like a homemade meal served by friends.

The person greeting us, even shared some insights for some upcoming shows. They'd be having that seem great to attend. It's fun to have that sense of community being welcomed into the restaurant as soon as you get there! We split up, and I went to grab seats while the other member of my party stood in line. Seating wasn't difficult, and it was well ventilated, which was highly favorable and much appreciated in the heat with missing fans, running constantly, cute ambience, lighting with the small bulb lights, and even bug spray available they make sure that this dining experience was covered on all bases so that you would have a great one. The menus are easily accessible, with multiple copies, being passed down the line, and sitting in the stand as soon as you walk up. However, after hearing about the restaurant online, and taking some time to read the menu prior to arrival, I knew what was on my mind - carbonara. From arrival to ordering with maybe about a 30 to 40 minute wait however, it was worthwhile. The dishes are made to order, with fresh pasta being used, making it even better. We opted for two half orders to share, and that was definitely enough food because we ended up even taking leftovers. We also got an order of the garlic bread with tons of roasted garlic, parmesan, and green onions. While the carbonara was flavorful and what my mind was initially set on, the other pasta actually ended up stealing the show and was what we finished immediately the Leopold had a pesto base and a nice hint of spice even without the peppers (which were taken off in our order). Overall, the most difficult part of this meal was parking, and the fight was completely forgotten after my first taste. They have a small lot, however, if you circled the nearby neighborhood a couple times you're sure to find a place to put your car.
