I appreciated everything about the flavors, the aesthetic, the timing and the service. The delivery of our pizza was done so efficiently, brought right to the car window and so quickly after we pulled up to pick up our pizza. The whole experience was personable and with care for the customer and their food. Get to know about their history of business and you'll be amazed. You order from online and they tell you how to pick it ip and they are very communicative on text and email and great you work a smile and you don't even have to get out of your car! I ordered the Pepperoni, Vegetarian, and my friend ordered the Prosciutto so I got to try all 3. The sourdough crust is perfect and thin and the toppings are so such a good match especially with some local wine. This pizza place first popped up a month ago on social media and I was initially skeptic about it. Could Vallejo really have an artisan pizza that you pick up curbside without a store front??? I always try the new businesses in Vallejo and try to support local, and I am really glad I gave dough bottega a shot. They buy ingredients at the local farmers market and are using it that day for your orders. The prices may scare some people off, but when you think of the quality and freshness, you're getting what you pay for. Customer service is also very good, I initially made an order online for 6:30 pick up, and called and they easily accommodated a pick up of 5:30. They wanted to ensure that the pizza comes as as hot and fresh as possible. Bring some drinks, and park anywhere at the Vallejo waterfront and enjoy the pizza right away. read more
