You wouldn't noticed this location tho located in a plaza. It's a tiny spot next to a smoke shop near nation's burgers. I've had lunch here when I'm working in the area. They have pretty good lunch deals. I usually do a personal pizza and a Caesar salad. My favorite pizza of theirs is the Hawaiian delight. Their Caesar salad is pretty good too. Both items taste fresh and tasty. They have good service. It might sometimes be a wait. But I prefer my food fully prepared and cooked than not fully done at all. Ordered food for pickup on Super Bowl Sunday and the food was ready quickly. Had the medium Mediterranean pizza with added white sauce, buffalo wings extra crispy, and cinnamon bread. Here are my reviews per item. - Mediterranean pizza- medium was a good size. My husband and I shared this for two meals. It was very cheesy but toppings seemed quite sparse. The crust was a bit too soft for my husbands liking. -buffalo wings I ordered crispy but they were not crispy. They were soft and chewy. The flavor was good but I wish they were saucier. I had to pay for ranch on the side, which was a good size and tasted house made. -cinnamon wheel was good value for the price. I didn't care for the icing but the cinnamon bread was addicting like cinnamon pretzels I'd come back to support this local business but hope they can improve on their cooking times to perfect the textures of their pizza and wings. read more

I ordered from Cenario's Saturday night after they catered to our company. I was impressed by the quality and time it took to make. I noticed a lot of reviews are displeased with service as well as long delivery times. Personally I pick up pizza, you never know how long delivery can take on a weekend and some people just have 1 driver, unbeknownst to you. Anyways, I ordered Hawaiian Delight medium on thin crust with added jalapeños, I also ordered the Superrrific medium on stuffed crust. The Hawaiian is so so good, I got bbq drizzle on just half, I love that they put fresh minced garlic, it roasts so well in the oven and added a nice flavor to the pizza overall. The Superrrific was bomb too and the crust was perfection! It's essentially a combination and I love veggies on my pizza. I also got a side of ranch and it was house made which is always a plus. Even as I rebaked my pizzas the next day, it tasted better than the day before! Now the ambiance was okay, I didn't stay long. I wouldn't eat inside because it doesn't seem like that type of pizza spot, but you're more than welcome to. The man who took my order and worked the front was very kind, and the woman hustling in the back was also sweet and smiled at me even though she was clearly busy. The only thing I would do different is maybe not add jalapeños and add my own. It's a bit pricey for the amount I received, some pieces had 1 or 2, some had zero. Great spot to order and pick up your salad, pizza, and pasta in Fairfield/Suisun City area. I've had their pizzas to go and picked up. We came here on a Friday afternoon with a group of kids after practice and called to order ahead. The workers weren't that friendly and o don't think they're used to having people eat there. We had to ask for plates and forks and cups when trying to dine in. I think this more of a takeout place. Located not too far from Scandia and neighboring hotels. So good for easy takeout. Their cheese, Hawaiian, and chicken pizza is pretty good. Their salad is normal and their pasta isn't bad either! Parking is fairly easy since they're in their own area. read more

When I got there my order wasn't ready (even though on the app it says it was, the person helping me looked overwhelmed and walked back to the kitchen multiple times before telling me it wasn't ready yet) and ended up getting the wrong pizza. Superrrific with white sauce (suppose to come with) mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, green peppers and Italian sausage and I got a cheese pizza with white sauce, no other toppings. I know I should have checked it before I left (that my bad) but seriously? She walked back to check my order a few times before giving it to me so I assumed it was correct. It's not worth going back there to get a new pizza when I already got home. Cheese pizza was good but not what I ordered. Just check your order before you leave. MIXED REVIEW- This has been our go-to neighborhood pizza place. Our daughter worked here, her friends, we've been going there for MANY years. COVID-19 has been tough for everyone... and prices go up, but QUALITY and VALUE should not. Instead, we went along to see how it would be. I was expecting the worst. Pizzas were made on time. They seemed smaller than usual.... supposed to be Large. The slices were short like medium to small, so the diameter must have been smaller. We had an Italian Veggie- added chicken, minus the feta. I think the amount of balsamic glaze was less, my husband said was bland. We also had a pepperoni pizza which was very flat and burned. I returned after maybe a year or so, today. Place was empty today at 1:30pm. It appears to be under new ownership as the previous Italian owner was absent and an older gentleman walked behind the counter. I ordered online and noticed there was a one-dollar technology-fee? I pay for the courtesy of placing my own order & get charged for it? Maybe I'm in the wrong business? I enjoyed the individual pizza but I could not order it with cup-pepperoni, online. I had to enter and ask. The technology-fee at work. I would have preferred the pizza crust be more thin & for slightly less cheese. After doing the Jelly Belly Factory Tour, the family wanted to get some food. My son said pizza, and we saw this place. I'm not sure if they're renovating the place or not. Ounce, I opened the door even when it said it's open. It didn't feel open. The girl in the kitchen was just looking at us as we walked in. I grab a dew menus to look at. She stands before us, looking confused. Tild her we're gonna look at the menu first. She goes back to the kitchen. After we discuss what we wanted, she comes back out to take our order. It was taking her a minute to understand what we wanted. We go sit down. The place is super quiet. No music, 5 TVs and none of them on and the soda machine was down. The place has a lot of space. It just didn't feel that they were ready to be open. The food: Our song got a personal cheese pizza and an orange drink. My wife and I ordered a medium chicken garlic pizza with two side salads. One Caesar and Garden salad. The pizzas came out in pizza boxes and salads in plastic containers, with papper plates. Even though we ordered to dine in. The pizza was really good! Flavorful and the pizza dough were perfectly cooked! The salad was okay. Both looked the same. They just added croutons to be a Caesar salad. The prices and the pizza are really good! The environment and setting of the place are what throw me off. Needs to be more welcoming because the food is great! read more

This location has really tanked lately and it's clear it's no longer owned by the original family. We usually stop by on our way home from being out of town since we no longer live or work in the area. This last time the service was lacking, the restroom was dirty and out of toilet paper and seat covers. There was what looked to be some sort of meeting going on and there was Indian food like it was an Indian restaurant not a pizza place. Because of this meeting there was very limited seating for actual patrons for pizza. Additionally, it was very warm as if the air conditioning was not working and only fans were circulating, making it uncomfortable to stick around to eat in the establishment. They are not serving food on actual plates, we were given paper plates which was also a bit odd. Overall we will not be coming back again since the atmosphere has changed so much. The food we ordered was decent but the rest of the trip was not pleasant enough to come back or go out of the way for. read more

From the moment we walked in there was signs we should walk out. The establishment was empty, it was hot, and while empty it did not appear clean. We went against our better judgement and decided to give it a try. After looking over the menu a few minutes there was still absolutely no one there to greet us or take our order. Finally we spotted someone in the back and asked her if she could take our order. They stated their drink machines were broken so we ordered a 2 liter that was in a fridge but not cold at all and they had no ice. Then came the walk to the bathroom, spotted the "broken" drink machines that had a sign from November 2023 stating they were not working. There bathroom hallway area was messy, full of broken door knobs and who knows what else. There was two bathrooms, one has a sign saying it was out of order due to plumbing issues. The other bathroom had a sign stating the door did not lock. The pizza tasted similar to little Caesar's with hardly any toppings. The owner should take better care of this establishment and fix something like a drink machine, especially after it's been broken for over 8 months. I'm giving this 2 stars for a few reasons, otherwise I'd give it a 1 star. The food isn't bad. They claim halal, I don't know how to verify this and haven't bothered. The food is overall tasty when it's done right. The service is as you'd expect from desis, it's not good. They're shady or they don't know any better, I ordered a few times, 1st time a friend was clearly ripped off in price when the young lady rang him up. I ordered clearly more food and the usual lady there charged me less. 2nd time I ordered they charged me $5 for 2 marinara cups and 2 ranch cups, which they didn't before..? It was the young lady ringing me up and she mentioned nothing of it costing money and charged my card automatically. Thanks for not telling me? Why would I pay that much or why not mention it when I ask for some? 3rd time, I order 2 toppings, they for some reason split toppings instead of it being evenly distributed like a normal pizza shop would do. (Half one side half the other) Would probably try the other location, clearly some shady stuff going on here, also not very friendly and they don't like picking up phone calls. 2/5 is pretty generous IMO. read more

I've been holding off on leaving a bad review, as this place used to be so great. Our last experiences have been beyond terrible. The poor customer service and lukewarm pizza have been a fixture for well over a year now. But they were cheap, and if you ordered online you didn't have to deal with an employee who could just barely be bothered to take your order. Our last order, both pizzas were barely warm (to be expected at this point) but one of them was burnt beyond being able to eat it. Our Fred bread were just raw strips of dough, the closest they'd been to an oven is when I set the pizza boxes on top of ours at home. When we called the store they couldn't care less, and it took some effort to get them to agree to at least partially refunding us for the food items we ordered that could not actually serve the purpose of being food. They claimed to have no idea how to refund us but would "figure it out". Surprise surprise! They did not, in fact, figure it out. Looking forward to having that conversation with them. The previous time we (tried) to order from them was the "ok, one more chance then I'm done". I called to place an order for delivery. Me: "I'd like to place an order for delivery." Them : "Nope." Me : "I'm sorry?" Them : "Not gonna do it." Me : "You're not gonna take orders for delivery?" Them : "Nope." This place is a disorganized mess. Sat at the counter for 20 min because they haven't started our order yet and watched the Indian lady literally go from the cash register touching tons of stuff helping customers to rushing into the back NOT washing her hands and making people's pizzas. Literally saw this happen 5 different times. And to make matters worse there was a box of gloves on the counter for her to use. I called for delivery for an estimated wait time of 1 hour. I wanted to order the pizza online but couldn't. I ended up ordering personally. I wanted an extra large, stuffed crust, salami, extra cheese, garlic cream sauce, with herb oil added, mushroom, onion, olives, and olive oil drizzle with parmaesan on the crust. I also wanted napkins and extra parmesan. What I got was a phone call to tell me they made it with pepperoni, and did I still want it, it would be free. I said no that's not what I ordered, I don't like pepperoni. The pizza I received was no extra large pizza it was flat and smooshed on one side like over stretched dough, thin soggy, barely and I mean barely, any olives, salami, mushrooms. No herb oil, no parmesan, stuffed crust was flat. Pineapple pizza was cold, antipasto salad was small and very little toppings for 10$ I would have gotten 2 bags at the store. I got a total of 2 lil cups of ranch and 1 lil cup of thousand. I did get the napkins and 3pkts of parmesan and a handful of chili flakes which I did not want or ask for. I've been on cuisine and food service for over 30 years and I just can't understand how our why this location cannot follow directions. The person on the phone was not able to get what I ordered right abscess I was obviously confused. I had to explain it several times. This is very bad business. There is ALWAYS a problem at this location to the point my Son Inlaw goes to the Fairfield location. Get it together man! This cost me $80 for delivery, and it wasn't worth $40. GET IT TOGETHER CENARIO'S!!! This was our go-to spot for pizza for the last 7 years, attempting to support local small business but I'm sorry that we have to stop being customers here. Tonight we had extended family over at the house.... Ordered online, pickup of 3 pizzas. Wait the 30 mins estimated and get a notification that the order was ready, so I headed out to go get it. I arrive at Cenario's and I'm told that my order was given to a delivery driver by mistake. I say, "Ok, can you call the driver and get it back?" They say "No, because it was given to a DoorDash driver" and somehow they "can't get it back". What??? I already don't do DoorDash because they stole my last order from a different store, but that's a whole other story... They say they can give me my money back, or remake the order. No apology given.... and that's what made me the most upset. The person up front could not care less about what happened. If only they knew customer service and apologized while sincerely saying they'll remake the order as fast as possible, then ok cool. But, unfortunately the service was just... poor. No apology offered, no discount offered, they even told me they'd have to charge me a delivery fee if I wanted them to remake the order and deliver it to my house down the street!!! I said wait, you made the mistake and you're gonna charge me even more? He says yes because his drivers pay for gas. I told him I just used my own gas trying to pick up the pizza, and you want me to pay for their gas too even after you guys screwed up?!? Come on man! He said they're training a new assistant manager and "she" messed up by sending the wrong order out. HEY CENARIO'S MANAGEMENT: please train your employees to have some accountability and not blame other employees when an order gets screwed up. Apologize to the customer, find a way to politely fix the mistake, and then it's all good. The person working the register.... possibly a manager (young man with hair tied back in a very short pony tail and long white fake nails) who helped me has poor service skills and no accountability. Train that person to recognize a mistake made by the business and to find a solution. Some of my friends were saying this place has been going downhill. I wanted to keep supporting even after hearing that, but unfortunately they were right and we won't be coming here or recommending Cenario's any longer. We'll have to pay a bit more to go to the other local pizza spots but that is much more worth it than dealing with this mess. Stayed in a hotel across the street and was craving pizza. After reading reviews I was fully prepared for an average pizza. I was wrong. I got their version of a Detroit style pizza. Not a typical Detroit style, not still very good. Plenty of cheese, flavorful sauce and a pretty good value. Also got an order of wings and wow they were good. Save your money, save your time. I ordered 2 pizzas. Nothing special or complicated. I called and spoke with a women. She let me know my order would be delivered in 45min- 1hour. After 1.5 hours I called and asked the same lady where my order was. She told me it would be at my house in 5 minutes lol. Anyway, pizzas arrived about 10 mins later @ room temperature and you'll see in the pictures what they looked like. I'm guess the pizzas went through a lot before arriving to my home. Like wtf? I'm extremely disappointed. Now, I completely understand that every now and then things happen. As a customer, I felt like they didn't care or value me. If it is a busy night, let me know my pizza is going to be an hour and a half or two hours and when my pizza arrives it should be at least be warm and not thrown in a box like a wet towel.
