Let's talk pizza ! I order a Queen Margarita ... I'm picky so as I'm waiting .... The young man pulled a pizza out and it was burnt on one side of pizza . He cut off the crust ... so I'm thinking ? Mmm that will not work for me . But he didn't burn mind ... The dough was a little salty .... But not sooo bad... sauce was on a sweeter side . The top crust was cooked perfectly ... he puts the pizza too close to the flame . So top cooks faster.... And possibly burns. My pizza wasn't crispy.... Under cooked a little .... Disappointed with the food I was provided. I looked at the pictures of the menu expecting one thing and got another. I assumed from the picture I was getting marinara sauce based off the picture and did not get any, I also ordered a side of ranch and did not get that either. I had ordered from the food truck during my break at work and after I ordered online I received a notification that it would be 35 minutes until my order was ready. I had to leave because my break would be over before then and have someone else go get my food for me. Don't advertise staying open until 8pm if you're going to run out of literally all of your food well before then. Rude staff didn't even say anything until after 5 minutes of us standing there while they are making pizzas... Clearly not out of pizza... Will not be trying this truck again. read more

I can't say enough good things about Tiffany and Dough Riders. I called out of the blue and asked if they could do a DIY Pizza Party for a bachelorette and not only did they meet my expectations, they surpassed them with ease. Tiffany took amazing care of all the girls and even brought her own touch to the party to make it special for the bride, including bringing in her own decorations, music, and awesome energy. The food was delicious - everyone was raving - and it was a phenomenal experience brought to life by Tiffany who went above and beyond to make the experience special. I ordered online and was initially impressed at how efficient the "process" appeared. I received updates and tracked my order every minute of the 20 minutes estimated. When I got the "your order is ready" message I proceeded to the truck. There were 3 workers all scurrying around and after about 6 minutes had to "interrupt " a worker to ask about my order. Mobile pizza truck was in Sundance Active Adult community this evening. Pizza was quite good and the workers were very friendly. I believe Tiffany was the one in charge and she was great. Ordered online and they indicated it would be over an hour before pizza was done due to so many orders. I came back in about 40 minutes and it was just about ready to come out of the over. One of their employees tried to fight one of my workers on a job site because someone moved one of our cones and we told them they could not fuel up there. Not smart to try and fight someone when you have your logo on display. I suggest you get your emotions in check especially when you are representing your company. read more

Pizzas were okay. The cheese pizza and margarita pizza looked and tasted very similar but the margarita pizza costs $4 more. Staff were not the friendliest especially one lady who was upset that I asked to throw away my small empty pizza box in their trash. Overall, it was so so. read more

I had been dying to try their pizza after seeing them on FOX10 at the stadium. I recently found the street finder food website and saw they were going to be close to my hood. I excitedly hurried over tonight to Simple Brewing. Greeted and put n my order. While waiting my BF exited the truck with our newly leashed and collared scaredy cat puppy for fresh air . My puppy backed out of her leash and it took 8 patrons from SBC and the pizza maker quickly and graciously used pepperonis to throw out immediately to help catch her (Fiona) after 10-12 mins (seemed like 40) of absolute anxiety of her possibly running across busy DV and constant circling we got her. Without the quick thinking and the kindness of Dough Rider employees & patrons it could have ended much differently. This just happened so I cant eat due to anxiety. I just wanted to share how grateful I am to your employees who help save my fur baby. The compassion they immediately showed is beyond belief. My pizza looks FABULOUS and a sincere shout out.
