Let's leave it short and sweet. Over priced and not knowing how to make a pizza. Who in their right mind would give this a 5 star?

Pizza Score: 8.2 Very nostalgic pizza shop. I grew up going to Miguel's Pizza at Red River Gorge in KY, and this atmosphere reminds me so heavily of those mid-east evenings camping. The pizza was incredible, the incredibly kind employee recommended the Otto Mia & Otto Supreme, and both were fantastic. Crispy crust, toppings were fresh and flavorful. Little too saucy and a little under-cheesed for my preference, but that's just me being picky. All around a great pie for the cost (much cheaper than its neighboring competitors). Check their lunch deals in the pictures, I'll 100% be taking advantage of those. Service members were incredibly friendly and I never saw them without a smile and kind greeting. Waited about 20 minutes for my order, which is about average wait time, but was so enthralled with the vibe of the restaurant that I didn't even notice. Will be back. If you're on the fence between Otto & another place, pick Otto. You won't be disappointed.

Staycationing nearby, we decided to support local for lunch and drive into Tempe for a large pie and some cheesecakes to boot. Amazing crust and killer sauce. Not too crunchy but still crispy. Great. They gave us plates and napkins as well. Delicious!

I first discovered Otto Pizza & Pastry in 2021. One of my former coworkers from Whole Foods, located across the street, recommended it, and he said he really enjoyed it. After he described the place, I tried it for myself. Otto Pizza & Pastry is among the most incredible pizza places in Tempe. Everything on the pizza tastes fresh, and I particularly enjoy the sauce's flavor. It gives you a nice burst of tomato flavor. They also have great calzones, pastas, sandwiches, and pastries. I have had their cheesecake, and it is some of the best cheesecake I have ever had. The service is friendly and helpful. They are happy to offer any of their best-selling menu items and to ensure you have everything you need. I also like the atmosphere of the place. It is a pleasant, quiet atmosphere where you can enjoy your food while watching TV, with the television on top of the refrigerator, which also houses the pastries. I highly recommend Otto Pizza & Pastry to anyone seeking a great pizza place in Tempe. It is one of the more underrated pizza places, and it deserves more respect. I am eager for my next visit.

I'm a pizza connoisseur and this pizza didn't disappoint. Thin crust, crispy, just the right amount of toppings. It's a casual spot where you can grab a slice or a whole pie, and the service is fast and friendly. My only regret is that I didn't get a dessert!

We tried this downtown Tempe staple for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and deliciousness of everything we ordered. The pizza was perfectly cooked with ample toppings. We enjoyed the salad we got as a starter. I would have liked a homemade dressing as opposed to packaged, but I know that's a lot of extra work to make dressing when it maybe isn't the most popular item on the menu. Service was friendly and quick. We'll be stopping in the next time we have a craving for pizza!

Stopped by as a family for dinner after a moving project. Most of us ordered the calzones and loved them!! Super sized and not overly expensive. The employees are always amazing and have the best service! Really a family-oriented place. I always recommend this place to friends who live around here. Looking forward to coming back!

I was standing in line at blaze pizza and thought to myself.....I can do better. After checking out the reviews I headed over to Otto and I'm so glad I did. Since two of us were eating and we wanted some leftovers we got a XL 16 inch pizza. 1/2 and 1/2 ingredients so they only counted it as one. Pizza was made to order and they had a variety of great specials to choose from. Their specials are listed on their website and throughout the store. 16", 1-topping $14.99. I like a lot of sauce so I got a cup on the side to dip. It was a solid addition to the already tasty pizza. Happy with my experience here.

Yep...this is a solid little pie house. I think it's female owned (very cool) and there's definitely a sincere touch of grace from the phone call to order (they thanked me for calling) to the warm smiles and "thanks for coming in"! In todays climate, a thank you goes goes such a long long way. The pie itself? Delicious. Great chew to the dough and crust and the flavor is spot on in my opinion. It's a great pie...well done. Enjoy Tempe. ;)

A couple of tables were ready and waiting for us. First impressions: The restaurant is big. There's a ton of space and seating. The vibes are nice. This location also has a big parking lot, so parking was not an issue at all. Once we were all seated, our waitress offered us drinks and gave us time to look through the menu. I must say, there's some pretty affordable happy hour items on there. However, I was really hungry and opted for a regular menu Toasted Da Vinci sandwich with a side of chips. No drink. The sandwich was delicious. I really liked it. The bread was toasted to perfection and it was quite flavorful. The chips were also excellent. They were perfectly crisp and seasoned. Probably some of the best I've had. The meal was a good portion and very filling (and I'm a big guy!). Overall, I had a good experience. I'd come here again for that sandwich.

I ordered an Old Fashioned and it came shaken with macerated luxardo and then strained. The pic below is a correctly made Manhattan from a couple years ago. The bartender gave us some great service and knows her stuff but the bar program doesn't get the attention it deserves. My wife says that it's a family pizzaria not a gastropub and to chill out. We finished a long evening of shopping & I just wanted to grab a nice pizza plus a couple of those addicting chocolate chip cookies... OMG!!! I called in my order, caught them right before closing & ordered the Uncle Louie plus a couple of the cookies! I got there 10 minutes before closing, pulled up as they were putting our pizza in the box, opened the box & of course had zero complaints! The Uncle Louie was a new choice for us, the pie was nice & thin the way that we like it... not all that heavy dough that makes you feel bloated after you eat one slice! The quality of products that Crust uses really makes a difference, this pizza is 20" & they put the big deli sliced pepperoni on the pizza plus they put sliced sausage not ground! Personally I'm a basil lover therefore I'd request extra basil next time, other than that the pizza was delish as we expected! So there you have it, now we know that whether we're north Phoenix or south it's confirmed that both Crust locations are consistent with each other which is nice to know! Paired with their dipping sauce, they were impossible to resist! The Buffalo Wings were equally impressive. Extra crispy, just as I had asked, with that classic tangy, spicy kick that makes buffalo wings so addictive. They nailed the texture and flavor, making them one of the best wing options around. Our server, Giana, was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout our meal. The relaxed atmosphere, combined with great food and service, made for an awesome experience.
