Stopped by this store today to purchase a cbd product. The man behind the counter was not wearing a face covering nor was the customer he was waiting on. They have a sign displayed saying mask wearing is up to the customer. We walked out. There are plenty shops who are concerned with the health of our community. read more

Very similar review as the person below. Walked into the shop and several people (owner + 3 others) were all without masks congregating with far less than 6 feet between them. Highly inconsiderate and not following local mandates by any means. It's their choice to run business as the please but I'm happy to take business elsewhere with local shops that are actively working to keep the community safe. The owners comments below about just asking them to put on masks is absurd. It's a global pandemic...it's basic decency to follow local ordinances designed to keep consumers safe. Ok, the good part, open til 10 on sunday. Crappy part, bought a bowl for a water pipe in there and it was the wrong size on Sunday went back today, Tuesday, and the same guy who sold it to me would not exchange it for the correct size. Claimed I could have used it and cleaned it and he doesn't remember me. I'm sure I can guess why he doesn't remember me... Well I didn't use it and clean it and I'm going to make sure to not recommend this place to anyone. Learn customer service, your refusal to exchange a $12 piece will cost you a few hundred dollars a year in sales. Perhaps their "no exchanges" policy works great for them. However, I was not informed that once I bought this piece that was it. There was no sign and the sales person told me that the bowl I was getting was a standard size. Maybe he should have taken the time to inform me to make the correct choice and not push me into a sale. Oh well, looks like I will be getting the correct size at Dementia. read more

Service is always very good. Super clean inside, clean displays. Good variety. I've bought a few legendary pieces from this place. Parking rarely available in front so you might have to park at the plaza next door, unless I'm missing something. Used to go here all the time, but now that I've explored the other smoke shops in the area, I haven't been in a few months. For me, it all comes down to pricing. Pretty overpriced for the area, especially for the typically cheaper stuff. That being said, if you're a smoker in T.O. and vanity and novelty are important to you, I highly recommend you check this place out. read more

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable, the merchandise is top of the line top shelf and most reasonably priced. When I say reasonably priced I don't mean grav labs pipes for 20 bucks, I mean they're more expensive but they also have alternatives if you don't care about brand names. My personal favorites are the cyclones and the grav labs hammer bubbler. read more

Great selection - Best in the area that I've found. The staff actually knows what they're talking about and don't pressure you into buying anything, but will still show you new, interesting products. They have a good selection of smoking accessories, incense, glass, and the usual smoke shop items (flasks, torches, salvia, etc.) The prices are what you'd expect. It's a smoke shop. If you're not pinching pennies, the experience is worth the premium. After moving to the area ~6 months ago and trying a few local shops, I made Doughmain's my go-to shop. read more

Doughmain is one of the best smoke shops I have been to since my trip to the Haight Ashbury District of San Francisco. I asked for help finding a replacement downstem for a water pipe I had purchased from them a while back and without even hesitating the guy behind the counter (sorry I forgot his name) promptly found the replacement and asked if I had the pipe on me so he could fit it then and there. When he was finished doing that, I tried to give him a tip and he refused. I work in customer service and that is what keeps people coming back. Always nice to see someone who enjoys their job helping you out. Since I wasnt able to give him a tip, Ill be back to buy more to make up for it! read more

Definitely the headiest shop in town. Prices are a hit or miss some glass is way overpriced while some off the small accessories are average priced. The staff is always friendly and pretty knowledgeable. My only issue is if wildside down the street offers the same thing, wildside will always give out a great deal when Doughmain will be stiff on price. Walked into the shop and was instantly pleased with the floor layout. Not the biggest store but they had an amazing selection of glass. Very reasonable prices for all of their name brands like Grav Labs and HVY. Had a great conversation with the store manager about the history of how glass has changed over the years and on the new techniques that are used for blowing glass that incorporates classic art designs like that on the HVY models.
