My daughter got the gooey butter cake and enjoyed it. Another part that i liked was being able to see the pastries getting made off to the side. I even connected with someone else who enjoys visiting different coffee shops, which made the experience a lot better. All three looked beautiful and there is someone here who is very talented at piping the buttercream. The top of the strawberry shortcake cupcake was delicious but I didn't care for the pink cake. I found it dry and artificial. The white cupcakes looked much better than they tasted. Again, the cake was dry. These were certainly cake mixes and I just had slightly higher expectations considering it's a place that has been around for several generations.
