I was told by the owner and the mechanic that my brakes were "completely shot" and that my vehicle was "dangerous to drive." They said they could fix it right then and there for $350. I told them to hold off. Went to my brother in laws who knows cars, had him check my brakes, he said I have over 60% left on my brakes!!! They were absolutely trying to take advantage of me. Now my boyfriend and his entire family will never go there again. And needless to say, I am spreading the word especially to women. Get a second opinion and trust your gut!

After a couple of attempts with no success, took the car to Lund at the recommendation of a long-time customer to see if they could figure out the issue. They not only figured it out but were able to get it fixed under warranty at very little cost to me. They're honest and know what they're doing, all that us ignorant car owners want from an automotive repair shop. I will take my vehicles nowhere else but Lund Automotive in the future.

They fond that Manfreds did not bolt wired back in place post trans oil change. Burned wire harness on exhaust. . Cost $500 to fix. Be afraid very afraid of this shop.

The gentleman that took my keys sat in garage and sent me a text asking if I wanted various services done to my car instead of coming and talking to me. Since there was a price discrepancy for the oil change I did not okay work. The gentleman came to register and asked if I was ready to pay, I advised I had two quotes for oil change. He said the difference was they have additional charge for clean up rags, I said I wasn't there to pay for clean up rags. He said it's a charge they have for every service. I have never been told by a garage that I have to pay for cleaning supplies. It was additional $7.73, I will contact corporate and BBB to advise of this stores practices. Just letting others know that this is bad service, I'm new to area and prefer to use local services but sorry I won't be back.

I am so glad I found this repair shop!! I have an older vehicle that needed all brake lines…read morereplaced as it was rusting to the point where it finally broke. I was also looking at replacing my rocker panels since those were rusted out too. I called several different shops and got several different prices along with different opinions on how much work is involved. When I spoke to Bill he gave me a rough estimate over the phone but explained that I needed to bring it in so he could see the amount of rust and give me a written estimate. I didn't realize they do everything at this shop, not just body work which is great, I didn't have to take my vehicle to 2 different places. So I brought my truck on a weekend to get the estimate and he was honest about the amount of work I needed done and his price was fair. With all the work involved, he only had my truck for a week which I thought it was going to be longer. I couldn't get to the shop before they closed to pick it up but Bill accommodated me by staying late which was very nice. It was also great that he told me if I needed a car wash in the next 90 days to call him and they would hand wash it since the new paint can't have the wax from the car wash on it. What a nice perk!! He also explained why the underbody of my truck was rusting so bad and how to keep it cleaner so it doesn't get any worse. He also applied an underbody coating to protect what is left! I will eventually bring in our new vehicle to get the underbody coating applied so it doesn't rust like my truck did. Since then, I've brought my truck back for a water pump, an alternator and a new used hood since mine had a rust hole thru it. Again, Bill was great about explaining everything and how much time it would take along with giving me a really good price. He treats my vehicle likes it's his own and I appreciate that. I've brought my truck in a few other times for small issues like the blinker was going crazy and water came in my back door when I went thru the car wash dryers. Bill had his guys take a look and since it was a quick fix I was able to wait while it was being worked on. He also didn't charge me for these small issues, which I thought was very nice and unexpected. I highly recommend this shop for all your auto repair needs. Bill is an honest, down to earth guy that really takes care of your vehicle. When anyone asks if I know a good repair shop in our area, I always recommend Cary Auto Body.
