No one answered the phone, their website showed no available dates, and out of frustration I even drove an hour to their location--only to find nothing happening. A month later, I received an email stating they were "closed for the winter." Nowhere -- not on the Groupon listing, their website, or their voicemail -- did they mention being seasonal. When I tried to use my vouchers later, they refused to honor them. Even worse, the operators openly admitted that they continue to sell Groupon vouchers during the winter to "boost sales," fully knowing they're closed and that customers can't use them. That's deceptive and unethical. Bottom line: This company hides behind Groupon to take your money and then refuses to stand behind their product. Avoid them entirely -- don't fall into the same trap I did!

The 2 rides are pretty fun, my pre teens still like visiting and love Lego's. Decided to turn a no school day into a visit here after a year after my last visit. I've been for birthday parties and had season passes when my kiddos were littles. A bit of a bummer that the 3D Lego theater was down for maintenance but love that they have 4 different movies showing when it's up and running. Race track, ninja obstacle course, virtual game for an extra $7, snack bar and so much more were visited. Easily spend the day. Love that the tickets allow same day reentry but not a fan of the parking situation, it's a bit confusing but not terrible. Not enough to detour a visit but a heads up to prepare . Activity room as also closed, so if your wanting to ensure an all access visit, probably good to call ahead. Love that it's an option and worth the day visit!

Between building stations, rides, hands-on activities, and checking out the Lego city of KC landmarks, it took us a couple of hours before our son was completely worn out. I also love that it's within walking distance of Crown Center shopping and the fountains. My biggest complaint is that it can get super busy--think mass chaos, kids running around, and people shoulder to shoulder--and it isn't always as clean as I'd like. Pro tip: Book ahead to take advantage of coupon discounts. It helps save a little and ensures entry during busy times. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for kids in KC, and we'll definitely be back.
