I Took the time to get someone to take me to drop my car off (also transporting a little one) for them to have my car all day and the detail work is something I could have done from home in 30 mins. Being so strict about a 9am drop-off while keeping a car all day and delivering subpar results is . The inconvenience of arranging rides and losing my vehicle for an entire day was not worth it at all. To add as I'm seeing more of my car they had taken things off my car that were stuck on. I've had to call them every time the truck was supposed to have been done and wasn't for some reason or another. Last week it was early this week. Wednesday it was tomorrow. Thursday it was tomorrow by 3. Today I had to call at 2:00 to make sure it was done and was told I could pick it up anytime before 3:00 because they were closing early. When I asked why they never called so I could actually make it there by 3:00 she claimed she had just then been told it was done. I really don't believe her this time. Every time I have called she was just about to call me. She did make arrangements for me to pick up the car on Saturday, but it really is the least they could do at this point. They have had the vehicle for 22 days for a $3,000 repair. In the end they did good work. Worked out the details and met us on Saturday to pick up the truck. Will I go back? I don't know. I sure do wish they communicated better.

They even cleaned the outside AND inside of the car. Their customer service was great too. When giving me the initial quote, they offered to cut off a piece that was dragging on the road from my bumper for free. They allowed me to drop my car off the day before my appointment. I also had them do interior fabric protection. I did the clean and polish every year for seven years and when I finally sold my car after nine years, the paint still looked smooth and glossy. I did wash it every week and waxed it once in a while, but when selling the car, others were surprised it was that old because it still looked very good. I was also surprised that the seat fabric still repelled liquid stains, even 6 to 7 years later. I would recommend the paint protection service again and would likely do it for my next new car to keep it looking sharp and clean. They did very good work.
